Travelodge Manchester Upper Brook Street

We enjoyed a very welcoming stay at this jewel in the travelodge’s portfolio of hotels. Greeted with a beautiful smile from Iwona who treated us like royalty and couldn’t be more helpful. We’ll be returning again soon just to see Iwona again. All other staff were as helpful too.

Recently renovated so rooms were nice and clean, but the staff made the stay great. Super friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure I received everything I asked for. No request was too much! Especially Lukas, Elliott and Honey!! Thank you!

Cant fault the staff, special shout out to Tylar, Iwona, Noora and Honey. Super lovely staff - stayed 5 nights and there were a few teething issues but staff sorted out quickly and friendly. I deducted a star as was woken in the nights by slamming doors- which somehow made the floor and headboard rattle. But staff cant be held to blame for this. Air con would have been lovely- wasnt expecting warm days in april!!! But knew there was no air con when booking. Extractor fan in bathroom would have been very welcome. Would stay again as staff make up for any short comings.

I have stayed at lots of travelodges. This was undoubtedly the best the food was really good. The access to the hospital was excellent. The staff on security, bar reception,.and cleaning were all very very friendly and efficient. The only downside was that I had to book online to extend by stay.They could not do it at reception. Overall a very enjoyable stay

I was met by a lady called Honey at the reception,she was so preffosional and helpful. She was so forthcoming and easy to talk to that i felt home and not judged by the so many questions i was asking since it was my first time in Manchester..she located my appointment place and even booked me a taxi that took me the following day..I was so amazed by her service that the following day i thought every one acts the same,i asked a different person at reception to also book me a taxi for the next day she hesitated and gave me the taxi number to call..imagine am foreign my Uganda network cannot make any calls so sad..but anyway back to Honey,please give her my flowers for an excellent job well done.

Great value for money. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and there was a good selection for breakfast Here for an op at the eye hospital and they even had a dedicated fridge at reception for meds. Thank you to Iona for being so helpful and cheerful.
