The location is good close to lots of bars, supermarkets etc. But it’s a bit far from Victoria Station if you wanna catch the train there.

You have to walk a little ways to get to town and Chinatown. The staff is nice and helpful, but the room isn't very clean and have a bit of bad smelling.

Great little hotel. Parking nearby and within walking distance of theatres and excellent pubs and bars. Modern rooms with modular shower & toilet.

Booked as we were visiting Manchester for a show - location is ideal, only 5 min from Oxford Street Station therefore close to centre. The Hotel is welcoming and fresh and staff were friendly and very obliging. We had breakfast which was ok - it was around 9am and the area was busy and there was only 2 staff on and I experienced a few of the stations (preserves / cheese) were needing topped up and I felt the staff were busy enough so didn't approach.
