Receptionist is not stationed at counter. Need to press a bell and wait for several minutes.
I was asked to show booking number which I need to retrieved from email. (Note: I’m a 66 years lady). I told her my name but she insisted I showed her my booking reference.
Whereas guests queuing after me only required to tell her last name.

The hotel was nice, it was in middle of city so it was easy to go to bars and stuff. The hotel service was great too, staff was friendly and even gave me some tolate tissues. Only complains was that AC didnt work, I couldnt open window and becasue of sun my room was almost like sauna, and sheets had weird blood stains. Other then that I enjoyed my stay. Also I cant complain about 3-starts hotels too much, like it was expensive but novadays every hotel is expensive.

Such a great place to go and stay at cheap and all you need the staff are very good and friendly the breakfast so nice and the views nothing to complain about. The room nice and clean definitely worth what the pice you pay for it and I will 100% recommend this to everyone.

The location was perfect for us. The hotel had everything we needed for our stay, room was also very spacious with Coffee and tea facilities, lovely hot shower, also very quick and easy check in, cant fault the hotel or the staff . We were lucky enough to have a amazing weather too.

Thank you for a lovely stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Great beds, amazing service , there is also a restaurant on site however we did not eat there… we love manchester and will definitely be back again at some point this year

It is a lovely place to stay with my family . Deffinetly I will come back there . Im happy , services are on high standards . Very clean rooms . Very good prices . Nice and quite . Very comfy pillows . Highly recommend . Looking forward to come back there .

Stayed here for a couple of nights , lovely hotel and close to everywhere we wanted to visit . Both the room and service were fantastic . Tea and coffee in your room however more is available from reception if your staying for a few nights or need a top up

Great location to base yourself when visiting Manchester. Easy to get around the city from there. Room was very big and bathroom top notch. Shower was nice and hot and having air con in the room was great as I get very hot during the night. Wish there was a few more tv channels available but otherwise can’t fault the stay.
