A lovely place, nicely designed, clean with a very friendly staff. However getting a good night sleep wasn’t easy due to the noise from the clubs and bars outside- we were on the first floor just above a music venue and opposite there is another club and people outside were even louder- if it wasn’t for the noise I would definitely stay again, perhaps tue top floors maybe better.?

Located just 3-5 minutes away from Victoria Station, the James is a very modern, cool apartment hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, very clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and John, the general manager was very helpful. It is also very handy to go to Northern Quarter, the Corn Exchange and Market Street which are the major busy area in Manchester town centre. We had a very very great experience at this place. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place to stay. Right opposite the back entrance of the Printworks & close to the Arena. If you're going to a concert it's perfect. For less than the price of a hotel room you get a full apartment! Really clean, modern, & big. Separate bedroom. We paid £97, cheaper than the Travelodge on a concert night, couldn't fault it. Staff are so welcoming.

The whole experience from begin to end was great, we stayed for my girlfriend birthday and she loved every moment and definitely wants to stay again. Staff were great as was the room and location was excellent. Because of the location it was noisy in the night but the James had it covered with complimentary earplugs..

Had such a pleasant stay at this apartment! Would recommend to everyone. The staff extremely helpful and someone available 24/7. Comfortable beds and warm apartment. Some noise on one side where it backs onto a cafe but this can’t be helped. We also had a lovely welcome pack addressed to myself which made a lovely touch. Thank you for a lovely stay

Fantastic place to stay....we stayed from Tuesday to friday and heard no noise...spotlessly clean....victoria station 2 mins walk away and a tram stop around the corner.....beds were very comfortable....staff very friendly and obliging.....we will definitely be back!

Excellent, trendy, comfortable stay. Spacious, easy to find, central to great bars. Good sized bedrooms. Great bathroom with a good shower. Plenty of room for four people. Gym was good too. Nice coffee machine.

We recently stayed here for a hen do and all apartment were big and clean and perfect for our stay. I do agree with other reviews about the noise but this didn’t phase us! I maybe wouldn’t return as a couple but was great for friends looking for a central place to stay

Really nice apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location close to Victoria Station and Printworks. Able to park a short distance away in the Arndale. Staff very freindly and helpful. Communication beforehand was very good
