Super comfortable and spacious — highly recommended! Just a few steps away from Manchester Piccadilly, which makes it very convenient for travel.

There is female long hair on our beddings when we haven't slept on the bed yet, and we don't have any members with long hairs... The staff changed the beddings for us, but there is still some hair underneath the beddings... Overall the room size is ok given the price, but the amenities are just minimal with room cleaning requiring extra cost. The only good thing is there is a Nescafé machine with capsules provided for free. The views for my room is not good either, just a parking lot.

Location very convejient, easy access for transportation, and restaurants & Cafe. A nice kiosk Cafe in the apartment hotel too. Reception and service staff was helpful and kind. Apartment is tidy and clean. Facilities for family stay are perfect. We had a pleasant stay.

Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. There is also a small gym in the property! Location is perfect. Also, lots of amenities nearby. My friends and I stayed at a two-bedroom apartment. Perfect size to fit a family of four! Thank you!

From the first moments walking into reception we was greeted by staff who were friendly, they upgraded us to a bigger apartment to give us 4 more space. As we got to the room we were amazed by the size of the apartment, well equipped kitchen and living room space alongside the lovely bathroom and spacious bedrooms. Will differently stay again.
