It wasn't bad for a ⭐⭐⭐ hotel.. nearby the mall and restaurants..

The place is very close to a lot of places you want to visit in Manila. The staffs are hospitable, helpful, and pleasant. Buffet breakfast has good options daily.

rude staff at front desk but room very hot not so cold as the aircon

When I checked in, the amenities and breakfast schedule were not explained to me and I had to ask before it was discussed. The room itself was poor. It was extremely hot despite the AC being turned on max (the AC was just too weak and old). There was a giant cement pillar in the middle of the room which was a hassle to go around when going around the room. The pillow was small and tough, and the blanket too small. There were no free hotel slippers. Shower had good water pressure and the water temperature was comfortable. The provided shampoo and shower gel were extremely diluted. I was woken up in the morning by construction noises outside the window. Breakfast buffet was low-mid tier. Food was extremely average to poor. The manager (?) lady kept shouting and scolding the servers which ruined the atmosphere of the dining area. They also did not refill the empty food dishes in the buffet, so plenty choices were unavailable. Overall I wouldn't book here again. It was an underwhelming experience.

My 2nd time here! I decided to come back to this hotel after my one-week trip to Puerto Galera. The front desk and security remembered me and greeted me warmly. I left my neck pillow the week before and when I inquired this to the front desk, they immediately contacted house keeping and within 20 minutes, brought the neck pillow to my room. Can't find any fault in the service. The location is also superb, I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Manila!

Convenience and the staff is friendly

The room I stayed in after check-in was at the end of the hallway. The internet was very slow. I needed stable internet due to my work, but the hotel didn't want to change the room at first. They changed my room later, and everything became ok. The building is old but ok overall.

So much clean place

This has some of the best and most professional staff within the area. Location is great for nightlife and price wise you will not do much better in Ermita.

The service was good and efficient. The reception was especially warm and welcoming, making check in hassle and stress free. They also accommodate food deliveries like foodpanda and grab at the lobby for pick up. The breakfast was also satisfactory as well as the rooms were kept clean and orderly. It was a worthwhile stay at an affordable price, and I would recommend it to those who're looking for a comfortable, inexpensive, and accessible staycation option.

Location is good (near mall), but the hotel itself is run down and dirty.

The hotel is old. Breakfast was decent. Staff were attentive and approachable. Location was close to restaurants and convenience stores. But I’m quite apprehensive about safety.
