I only was able to stay one night. Sagar at the front desk was super friendly. I was on the fourth floor so a little effort to walk up but the room was nice with a built in kitchen sink.

Staying here was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms had a fresh coat of paint, but they still looked old. The AC barely worked and made a loud vibrating noise. The fridge stand was crooked and there was water leaking out of it. The beds looked really old, and the plastic wrap covering the mattress was partially torn off with bits of plastic hanging down the side. The shower drained slowly and there were some ants. The counter top and sink in the dining nook looked like it had been washed with harsh chemicals that partially dissolved the coating. Overall, the room felt scruffy. The location is decent, being close to the Baht Bus route and just a 10-15 minute walk to Pratumnak night market (Russian Market). However, we could constantly hear the noise from the main road, especially at night when big bikes showed off their engine sounds. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Given the location and the price, that we paid during the high season, it was a tolerable stay. But once was enough for us.

Good hotel to stay, there are some good places to eat nearby. The room is clean. Not noisy at night.

The hotel service is terrible. They cannot issue a certificate for visa extension, which is required by local authorities. The hygiene is poor and there are many bugs. They do not proactively provide room cleaning services.

I chose the location as it was convenient for me. I like to walk, everything is within walking distance: the night market near Pattaya Park, a mountain where it is convenient to run, the bus station is nearby. The room is not bad, the hotel is fresh. I did not like the cleaning. For 5 days it simply was not done even once! They did not even respond to the sign on the handle. I took water myself at the reception. Well, otherwise everything is fine. Everything you need is there.

The advantages are that it is relatively quiet, the room is very clean, and the price is not expensive. The disadvantage is that the apartment has no elevator. If you have a large suitcase, it will be very tiring to go up to the fourth floor. In short, the hotel is OK

This was completely my mistake, but in order to head to Koh Lan the next day, I booked a hotel near Bali Hai Pier the day before, but when I searched on Google Maps, I found that it was near the Pattaya Walking Street called Sab residence. I mistakenly made a reservation for a different location. Therefore, the location felt more inconvenient than I expected. Actually, I felt that the location was not very good among hotels in Pattaya. However, the refrigerator and cooler were functioning properly and the security was safe, so it was good in that respect. It's located near the main street, so I think it's easy for people who use taxis to use it.

Room 203 has a problem with the air conditioner (water dripping). Call the staff. Request to change room But it hasn't changed. In summary, the air conditioner can't be turned on. It's hot when I sleep.
