Everything was great 👌

I only was able to stay one night. Sagar at the front desk was super friendly. I was on the fourth floor so a little effort to walk up but the room was nice with a built in kitchen sink.

The host is very friendly and the room is not too bad. I can recommend it.

Good Location, easy access to Jomtien and Pattaya. Few stop from main bus stop, all rooms has balcony, very quiet area, all needed services are in walking distance, For Jomtien Beach you need TokTok about 5 stops For Pattaya beach same stops on opposite direction

Staying here was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms had a fresh coat of paint, but they still looked old. The AC barely worked and made a loud vibrating noise. The fridge stand was crooked and there was water leaking out of it. The beds looked really old, and the plastic wrap covering the mattress was partially torn off with bits of plastic hanging down the side. The shower drained slowly and there were some ants. The counter top and sink in the dining nook looked like it had been washed with harsh chemicals that partially dissolved the coating. Overall, the room felt scruffy. The location is decent, being close to the Baht Bus route and just a 10-15 minute walk to Pratumnak night market (Russian Market). However, we could constantly hear the noise from the main road, especially at night when big bikes showed off their engine sounds. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Given the location and the price, that we paid during the high season, it was a tolerable stay. But once was enough for us.

Quiet place

I really liked it. The people who work there are very nice, kind, and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. It's quiet inside, without any city noise. There's a 7/11 and a Lotus nearby, where you can buy groceries. The hotel provides soap, shampoo, shower gel, bottled water, and coffee. Housekeeping is regular. The linens are clean and white. The mattress is very comfortable. Sleeping is very comfortable.

Sab Residence is a quiet guesthouse on a secluded side street, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, with small kitchenettes and balconies. Internet is reliable. There's no pool, gym, or breakfast, but there's a 7-Eleven nearby—convenient for snacks and small purchases. Find more honest reviews on Pikart Travel's YouTube channel!

The location is about halfway between Pattaya and Jomtien. You can get to either, but it's difficult to get to either. I stayed the night before in preparation for a bus ride the next day, and the bus terminal is about a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are nice and spacious, so it might be a good place to relax for a long stay.

The female staff provided excellent service. If I come to Pattaya again, I will definitely stop by here again.

Good hotel to stay, there are some good places to eat nearby. The room is clean. Not noisy at night.
