Good value hotel that is conveniently located to Nagaoka Station Have been staying for a few years now in this hotel as I come back to nagaoka twice a year, my only negative feedback is the bed quality is deteriorating over the years, coz the beds are not even and slanted to one side, and I suffered from backache whenever I slept on them. Hope Livemax can replace with new beds and also improve the bed quality 🙏

Very very average and unclean hotel in Nagaoka, but unfortunately not many choices.

Good location. One minute walk to the train station and Toyota rental. Front desk staff is a girl who is a new staff. She is very friendly and helpful. She offers great assistance to solve my car rental problem.

The hotel is right next to the JR station, and it's so convenient to walk only 2 minutes! There are also many restaurants and shops around, with a wide range of choices. The most important thing is that the price is very affordable, thank you very much! !

The foreign language level of the front desk is average, and they can't communicate well in foreign languages. When checking in, I had to wait for a long time because other guests were invoicing. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. I had to open the window for ventilation by myself, and it was still very cold. The lid of the kettle was broken, but it could still be used normally. The front desk bowed and apologized many times, but that was all they could do. Not far from the train station, relatively quiet.

The room had a unique smell, and I couldn't get used to the slightly sour smell combined with the moldy smell. Also, the bedding on the bed felt damp. The location is good, close to Nagaoka Station, but there are no convenience stores near the hotel, so you have to go to the station.

The room was very clean, and I was surprised to see that the toilet and shower were separate. Also, when I left something in the room after checking out, the staff was very kind.

Nagaoka, where I went to see the three major fireworks. The location is very satisfying because it is right in front of the station. Also, the view of Nagaoka station and sunset from the room is very nice. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, so it was very nice.
