Good location. One minute walk to the train station and Toyota rental. Front desk staff is a girl who is a new staff. She is very friendly and helpful. She offers great assistance to solve my car rental problem.

The foreign language level of the front desk is average, and they can't communicate well in foreign languages. When checking in, I had to wait for a long time because other guests were invoicing. There was a smell of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. I had to open the window for ventilation by myself, and it was still very cold. The lid of the kettle was broken, but it could still be used normally. The front desk bowed and apologized many times, but that was all they could do. Not far from the train station, relatively quiet.

The room had a unique smell, and I couldn't get used to the slightly sour smell combined with the moldy smell. Also, the bedding on the bed felt damp. The location is good, close to Nagaoka Station, but there are no convenience stores near the hotel, so you have to go to the station.

It's just a short walk from the east exit of Nagaoka Station. I stayed in a twin room, and it was great that the toilet and bathroom were separate. The bed was also spacious so I was able to sleep comfortably. The receptionist was also kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I'd like to stay again.

There aren't many nice hotels in Nagaoka, so I get the impression that there aren't many options.💦 I think most of the business hotels at the main entrance are old-fashioned. Compared to the price, this was probably the best.
