Nice location, staff is very supportive and good breakfast.
One disappoin**ent was description for room info indicated as king size bed where in it was actually a queen size.

Right next to the kok tobe sunset view point, downtown location and lots of restaurants and bars and cafes including Starbucks nearby

Nice hotel, good room service, rooms look bigger in pics, swimming pool has to be paid as an extra

Very small room actually.Looks definitely less then 25 m2
And the real size of the QUEEN BED IS LESS THEN 1.8m and it was 1.5.The bad was uncomfortable and the linen was not soft.
Every day we need to ask 1 more overall for bathroom cuz everyday we has only one in my room.And the same story with teeth brush.The room was booked for 2 by the way.
Staff is actually good and pleasant!
The main disadvantage is SMALL BED and small room-very tine for two people (we are about 170 cm tall).
The breakfast is nice.
Actually this hotel is overpriced for that kind of room provided

Slightly overpriced hotel. Rooms are very basic, but good breakfasts! Room is slightly small and dull…
Location wise, very strategic. Accessible to many shopping malls and activities.

good hotel, good location right next to the koktobe cable car. famous bla bla nightclub is 5 minute walking distance etc...

Nice hotel near by have Burger King and Starbucks , great spa services , enjoyed nice massage and sauna

Hotel location is good place and it is easy that we looking around the important part of city and have a good take rest because of good park. Of course the member of this hotel are excellent to service. Also security is good.

Room wasn’t available during check in. And finally I got my room but it was delayed by 6 hours. Anyways all thanks to trip.com
All were ok except the breakfast, it was disaster.
