Check in and check out was very smooth. Location was very nice as you can see Intramuros from the window. Conveniently located near Manila City Hall, SM Manila, and The Metropolitan Theater (as we were attending an event here). There is also a cafe located at the ground floor of the hotel.

This is my first time to stay here. I was not satisfied with their aircon as it is not cold. However, I like the ambiance of their restaurant.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the old town. You can walk to all the attractions, so I can overlook the outdated decor. The service was impeccable, definitely living up to its star rating. My only minor complaint is that after I showered, I realized there were no slippers in the room. I had to call the front desk to send some up. Also, I asked for two bottles of water, and was surprised to find them charged to my bill at checkout, which is quite unusual.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the place itself was good. The location in Intramuros is wonderful, especially if you love old-style houses and historical places. Staying there feels like going back to the 80s because of the classic atmosphere and vintage charm. It was a unique and memorable experience.

Great place! This is a boutique hotel that has around 80 rooms. The hotel was originally a bank but was later acquired by the university then turned into a teaching hotel. The view from some areas is beautiful and you can see the walls of Intramuros. Also, if you don’t decide to stay here, at least go to the restaurant on the top floor(Sky Deck). The sunsets are beautiful from there and the food is good.

The hotel is located in the Old Town, within the city walls, making it easy to reach all attractions with a 5-10 minute walk. It feels relatively safe. The breakfast isn't really suited for Chinese tastes. Right across the street, after passing through an underpass, there's a large shopping complex with plenty of dining and entertainment options. This is a four-star hotel, so the price isn't exactly cheap.

Rate is now much expensive than before. For the current rate, I was expecting we would have hotel slippers and more shower gel (we were given a small tube). However, staff is friendly and accommodating and the location is the best if you have an agenda in the Intramuros area.

This is the best hotel in the Old Town! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a taste of Filipino flavors. It was lovely to gracefully experience the rich history of the Old Town. The rooftop views are great, and our room, overlooking the golf course, was comfortable and simple. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and we had a wonderful start to our trip. After checking out, we decided to explore the Old Town, and the front desk kindly let us store our luggage and provided a map of the area – so thoughtful!

Can be improved: lighting, smell, amenities eg slipper, shower cap, usb outlet

Great location, perfect for experiencing the local culture and people. The hotel is a well-established brand, and the service is excellent!

Hotel staff are very pleasant and customer service is excellent. Location is best place for tourist exploring Intramuros. Rooms are very spacious too.
