Positives: - Clean, the cleaner was visiting the room each day to empty rubbish, clean and change towels (excellent service) - Friendly staff - Normally plenty of space around pool and in pool despite being main week - good location, five minute walk to beach, right by Dolmus stop for main *****, plenty of shops around and bars - good atmosphere - good sized rooms especially for cost - free wifi around pool area Negatives: - have to pay for aircon which is only in the one bedroom, the smaller room doesn't have air con or living room, so basically paying to cool one room only with you needing to pay more if wanted to get a fan to cool the other room via a fan - wifi doesn't stretch to the rooms, despite being a smaller hotel - slide is only on for an hour per day, didn't really impact us as timed beach and pool, but could imagine could be disappointing to some and not really an amenity if its only an hour per day The last 3 negatives are why had to give 4 rather than 5 stars, would have given 5 if aircon was provided regardless or slide was on for majority of day Would consider staying again mainly due to location and size of rooms, as well as reasonable price - I just think they should at least increase length of time the slide is on

Where do i start.. Really rude staff. No wifi, expect you to buy a box wifi for £30. But say free wifi on the site :/. Water slide doesn't work apparently. The manager is useless. Id honestly avoid if your going. One iron between 20 rooms. Which also is apparently broken!

Amazing hotel for the price, staff were really friendly, room was clean and had everything you’d need. A few minutes walk from the beach and all the shops, bars, and restaurants which was ideal. The hotel also has a pool, which never really got too busy which was perfect. There is an up charge for air conditioning but we didn’t need it as the rooms were fairly cool anyway, and for wi-fi which we also didn’t need as we had a 20GB esim each which only cost us £1.70 for 7 days. We encountered many issues from booking through loveholidays, but the manager of the hotel sorted it all out for us. For example, the transfer to the hotel we had booked through loveholidays didn’t arrive on the morning we needed it, the manager attempted to call the company for us and then booked us a new transfer which came almost immediately. Overall, the hotel and it’s staff are amazing and I would definitely stay again when back in Marmaris.

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve visited in Marmaris! The staff was extraordinary kind and helpful. Present all the way through the stay. The apartment was good, the kitchen facilities was useful for breakfast and lunch. The manager at the hotel was very kind and helped us with a lot of things. Will definitely recommend a visit, especially out of season. Value for money 🌞🌞

Nice small family hotel, lovely staff,quiet and perfect for a chilled out holiday, not loud and busy, yes they charge for AC but most hotels are starting to do this now. Lots of shopping close by and the beach over the road, and lovely Turkish restaurant called Chian Grill, 5mins from hotel and well priced.

Apartment was ok, but not happy that we had to pay for the safe key. There was no cost to the owners, so why did we have to pay? AC was only in bedroom, so the rest of the apartment was boiling! We had no cooking facilities whatsoever, not even a toaster, although the photos show a two ring cooking plate. The cups/glasses were the smallest I've ever seen, so we had to buy 2 mugs for a decent cup of tea. The apartment was clean and we did have maid service almost every day, which was a bit OTT really. The apartments are in a good position for bars & restaurants, but they are very basic. WiFi was awful...more miss than hit! Wouldn't return

Good apartment and clean rooms. Have to pay for aircon and a fan, aircon in or one room and can be very hot. Staff were friendly. Ideal for families and in good location. Close to eating places and beach about roughly 5 to 7 min walk. Travelled with family of 15 and would go again.

Just back from a wonderful time in turkey. Oner the manager and his staff are excellent, they treat like their family. Rooms clean, pool side clean, snack bar for good good, good prices and a great location in marmaris. The only downside to the apartments is only aircon in the main bedroom, need to get a fan for the other room if more than 2-3 people staying. Every Friday bbq night? It’s a a must, the food and entertainment was very good? Thanks again oner and his team.

Fantastic hotel, staff go out there way to help you the best they can. We stayed here as a large group of 14 ranging from 5-64 and we all had a fantastic time. Rooms are decent size, kept very clean. We arrived very late at night and no shop where opened, we were all hungry but the manager called and got us some food which was amazing. Only issue was because it wasn't the start of the season the pool slide was off and the hotel was very quite so no entertainment for the kids.

Just got back on Tuesday, had the most amazing time staying at these apartments. The manager Onar is so accommodating, his staff Marco, Mehmet , Kemal, Michael and our lovely cleaning ladies and chefs would go above and beyond to make us comfortable. We went as strangers but soon became friends, the apartment had 2 rooms. Spotless and well maintained, the maid was a happy smiling lady x the pool area is a tranquil happy place. While there the most around the pool was about 13 people. It's in a hidden garden which is just perfect, lime trees and pomegranate trees shade you when needed. The bar area is also in this hidden garden and everyone enjoyed good company. We would highly recommend this apartment and can't wait to go back. Our transfer didn't show up to go back to airport and Onar soon got on the case and managed to arrange transport. Wonderful people wonderful place.
