Amazing amazing hotel in Hong Kong!! Location was 10/10, so near to everything!! Mtr just less than a min away. Service was great! The hot water and water pressure in the room was amazing too!! Nice, modern, clean and the room is big for Hong Kong. A travel adapter was provided in the room too. Will definitely stay there again!!

I really enjoyed the accommodation. Cleaning was done every day, a large room (by Hong Kong standards), beautiful furniture and a shower room, a comfortable bed. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the window and the location. You will live in the center of the city, which will allow you to travel easily. I can't help but also note the affordable price compared to the neighboring ones.

The staff here are really nice, like really nice. Super friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay feel even better. The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfy. The location is honestly perfect, right next to the elevators that take you straight into Tsim Sha Tsui station, and just a short walk to Harbour City. It’s also super close to the skyline and light show, which was amazing. We could actually see the light show right from our room, which was such a cool surprise. Great view, great price, can’t ask for much more. Also, if you’re ever craving something quick, McDonald’s and Jollibee are only about a 5–7 minute walk away. Super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, nice room, nice view, nice breakfast. Only the pillows were very small, it’s ok for child.

The YMCA Salisbury has many flaws - but for the price it's just about worth it for a location second to none. Positives: you get an unbelievably great location right in front of the harbour with hundreds of the cities shops and restaurants on your doorstep. They are flexible in allowing outside food, food Panda deliveries etc and generally leave you alone. Great views over the harbour - from our room we could see the light show and the ships floating along all day. Check in and check out were quick and the whole stay was uncomplicated. Flaws: the hotel is not particularly clean and overall the facilities are a little tired. There are no real comforts - no tea/coffee facilities in room - though a kettle and cups are provided. Even drinking water had to be collected in your own bottle from a specific place on the 7nd floor. Service is courteous but not very warm - it may be just just professionalism but feels a little strange when you've arrived after a long flight to a matter-of-fact welcome. I was with kids so we booked a larger room. It was a decent size not huge but this is probably large for HK - it had huge windows and a separate bedroom. However, the children were set up on the sofa bed and this was very thin and uncomfortable. All in all, if you want an unfussy, convenient spot in the heart of HK for a quick stay this is perfect. Minimise your expectations and enjoy the town and you will be happy.

Great location with skyline views. Service was also very good with friendly staff, they were very helpful, ranging from the receptionists to the housekeepers. However, the room was quite outdated, as it looked quite worn down. The bathroom also had a musty smell, most likely from the shower curtains. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, as the middle section was caved in.

Positive: Location is the best, cleanliness, the view was amazing, free gym, pleasant staff Negative: Deposit of 1000 HKD for 3 nights, which was repayed after 15 days. You can see to other peoples room, shower kind of tight for two people and the bathtub had a yellow tone. Overall: 7/10

Disappointed that cleaning of room was only once every third day. Not impressed that wardrobe does not have any lighting Size of TV is pathetic Don't feel value for money

The stay was generally good—the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were some letdowns. Housekeeping was only provided every third day, though towels were changed and rubbish was cleared daily. No toiletries were supplied, which was quite disappointing for a hotel with a 4-star rating.
