Rooms are OK. The drainage smell in bathrooms isn’t great. Breakfast is acceptable. Staff are great

Reception were very good but other staff could have done better. Not as good as it seemed online.

The hotel reception girl unhelpful.when I booked hotel I did special request early check in 10 days ago the hotel didn't reply me any messages,this is unreasonable service.i do understand some times can't do early checking but if the hotel told I can arrange another hotel and last when I arrived hotel reception one lady front of complaint for room bath top is broken toilet door can't lock.I realized the give me same room,keep me after 3 hours waiting.😡😡😡😡😡 this I can give review for un response.

Terrible experience. Cold showers, brown and black water from taps, a broken sink, and unreliable Wi-Fi. Moved rooms twice, but conditions only got worse.Had to leave to another place, pool water is also freezing cold. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. we had the pool view. The staff were very kind, friendly and professional. One staff guy, Mustafa, was top, very funny and kind. The rooms were quite spacious and bright. we had a great time and certainly if we were to make another trip to Morocco we would definitely stay there.

Great location, but the room was full of hair, and the hot water didn't come out at first, the shower head was completely clogged and managing to wash was a challenge.

Walking distance from the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, the hotel is not new, but the price-quality ratio is excellent. I don’t know who writes about the dirt - the pool is clean, the glasses and food accessories in the restaurant are all clean. Opposite the hotel there is a wine shop, which is very convenient, a cafe where you can eat tasty and inexpensively. I definitely recommend visiting!
