Marseille 8th arrondissement of Marseille Hotels

Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.

I was initially allocated a room which had not been cleaned (bed unmade and towels used) but they were responsive and I was therefore given another room (with 2 single beds rather than a double bed ). Regarding breakfast, in my opinion, 13 euros is way too high for what is offered. It was good but for this price I expected more choice. Other than that, the stay went very well. For one night it was very good, quiet and well located. I was able to park nearby on the street (paid from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

Not bad, behind a gas station, taxi to the convenient transportation, it is very convenient to go to the old port line 2 to change to line 1, do not go to the hotel in Marseille, there is no air conditioning in the summer heat, but fortunately, this hotel was set in time, let us have a place to live very grateful, stayed for four nights. It is also very convenient to walk to the subway station. There is a football stadium during the Olympic Games. There is a lot of people. Marseille has people of color. Pay attention to safety and don't go out alone at night. Especially women. Provence remembers to see before the end of June, and to collect in early July, there is basically no lavender, the scenery is so beautiful. The back of the trip to France is too heavy.

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

advantage: In a small shopping area, close to the subway, there is a coffee shop around where you can have breakfast. Other hotels are cheaper. There is a safer parking space on the other side of the street, but it will cost ten Euros a night. It’s not in the city center, so it’s easy to drive The price is not too expensive. shortcoming: The room is small and it is difficult to walk in a suitcase. The towels are dirty. There is no service (because it is a large chain store, it does not sell service, except for the front desk when you check in, where there is no staff) But this is understandable. Niu has seen this grade and the price is cheap here.

I would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+. Other than that, the hotel seemed good, soft and clean beds, spacious enough, powerful shower. Didn't seem noisy either.

The receptionists were very friendly, the place is clean, well located. I recommend .

Check-in was delayed by late preparation for house services. The front desk receptionists were inactive to tell us when the room was ready. The amenity was good and clean that deserved to have positive feedback. The hotel was located next to a beautiful stadium and attractive to football fans.
