Everything inside the hotel had been renovated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and didn't get sagging. I was only able to reserve a smoking room, but even though I don't smoke, the smell of cigarettes didn't bother me. The breakfast was delicious, and I was surprised to see that the local gourmet lemon steak was prepared in a live kitchen. The location was close to the downtown area, so I had no trouble getting dinner. However, it is quite a distance to walk from Sasebo Station and it is difficult to walk with a carry-on bag, so if possible, it is more convenient to go to Matsuura Railway Naka-Sasebo. I'm surprised these days that this hotel costs less than 10,000 yen.
