Very bad experience, I booked a hotel for 5 nights, and then I arrived late on the first night and didn't check the room carefully. I left early the next day and didn't check it carefully. When I came back the next night, I saw a lot of ants in the room. I simply dealt with it myself. When I left early on the third day, I asked the hotel to clean it, but there were still a lot of ants. I asked them to clean it again on the fourth day and called the front desk. I came back in the afternoon and told the front desk to deal with it. After they sprayed it with insecticide spray, it didn't help. My ears were allergic because of the ants, so I decided to check out a day early and checked out before 11 o'clock. As a result, I was told that the room fee for the last day could not be refunded. They said they would change me to another room and let me experience it again. They also shirked their responsibilities, saying that I brought food in the room. After communicating with Ctrip many times, it still couldn't be resolved. They refused to refund. Don't stay here

Had an amazing time.. Environment is very Cosy... Food n drinks were delicious... Staff and service were beyond the expectations specially Mr. Nivesh and Mr. Atish at the bar... And bar at the pool was also very nice... Had a blast at the swimming pool and jaccuzi

Went for a day package with a group of 12 pax to celebrate the retirement of a colleague. Nice hotel. Amicable staff. The day went by so quickly with its activities. Aqua zumba, crazy game, rock climbing. The slides to the pool, and swim up bar was a cherry on the top. Not to forget the hotel permises were cleaning and no bad smell. Special thanks to Mr Ramdoss at the front office who upon checking knew we were celebrating the 42yr work service of our colleague, he arranged for a complementary cake during lunch time. Mr Ackal at the bar who suggested us drinks as per our taste. Lunch was amazing. Great variety for both veg and non veg. To conclude value for money. Will definitely come back.

We had an event an Ocean Creek, the support we got from the team was fantastic, from day 1 Mr Brando was very cooperative and try his best to attend all our request. The event was a sucess. I stayed at the premises, the food was nice up to the standard. Hat off all the team.

One of the best weekend I've had!! Warm and friendly welcome, pleasant atmosphere, the food was excellent, the employees are very friendly and professional. A big shout out to the whole team and especially a standing ovation to Mr. David Jones Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at the Ocean's Creek beach hotel was really a good experience. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help,with a big smile. Special thanks would go to Sameer for his careful preparations of cocktails,Govind for his sense of humour and good service,Kavishek for his smile at all times and Chef Pooja for the divine food! Rooms were very clean,the rooms we got were really nice(view on the river). I extend my gratitude again for the good services and wish the whole institution the very best!

Very nice hotel, many thanks to the General Manager Mr. Vincent and his team, Ludovic,Amédée, Naomie and David and his team.The whole staffs are very nice, very nice location,The room is really beautiful. Excellent food,very nice nice entertainment. Do not change anything. We will come back again with the whole family. Josh and Jess. We had a wonderful birthday celebration.
