My stay was great! Nice & friendly staff! Great location, beautiful spacious rooms!

The hotel was ok! Room was ok shower had a little hair in it but I cleaned it out myself.

From check-in until midnight, the hotel has been without power. It must feel bad.

Hotels are basically good Not bad except the front desk staff a bit arrogant Also, I arrived at 12 o'clock and couldn't check in. I slept all night on the plane. I thought the hotel could take a shower and rest and go to the client in the afternoon But I waited for three hours and there was no room. When I was about to leave, I was told to wait another 10 minutes. I was going to see a client. Why wait? The hotel facilities are relatively new The hall is also big Woke up late, don't know what breakfast is like There are many shops around clothes Fitness there are restaurants not far away a red lobstor Ate the weekend package for $36 ➕ tip 15%, and wine tax $49 About 18-20 minutes from the airport A taxi costs 24 knives, depending on the time period

Very trashy staff was not helpful room still had Doritos crumbs on pull out bed and food crumbs all over desk and desk chair....

Welcoming, clean, helpful & friendly house keeping staff, lots of near by shops and restaurants.

Nice large rooms with comfortable beds and pillows for both those that like very firm to med mattresses. Bed felt new. Clean rooms with some new furnishing. TV control was old school and the shower was older but all functioned nicely. We unplugged the AIr/heated room unit by the window for the night we found it loud. We slept well. We would recomend.

Hotel was nice with lots of restaurants close by. The clerk made sure to mention the restaurant opened at 530 in the hotel but they didnt have anything besides chicken strips when we went there. The bartenders at the bar didnt know or care hiw to make a drink. The hotel was very nice and room was great, bed was comfortable. Amenities were awful

Hotel in general was good and clean, but our first night there 18 cars windows including ours were busted and cars broken into while parked in the gated lot.

I requested a room with a shower/tub combo. Christine checked me in. She obviously dont read the notes smh. I got just a shower and the shower head sprayed one setting and the stream was so extremely strong, it kind of hurt. And forget calling the front desk. They like to just sit there letting it ring. I requested late check out, yet housekeeping kept bothering me, no doubt trying to rush me out. I couldnt even get a cart, i had to take 3 trips just to get my stuff ul to the room. Either get more carts or tell people upon check in the cart has to returned as soon as theyre done. They just be letting people keep the carts in their rooms. Ridiculous. Second time staying here and definitely not impressed either time. They can't even provide free breakfast after how much is charged to stay here. Smh.

In all honesty, I love this hotel. Location, safety, staff, etc all love!! BUT…that damn construction at 8 am both Saturday and Sunday morning blew it for me. I come to this location to sleep in, relax and rest. I was highly annoyed by this and wish I was notified about the construction prior to booking.

Cindy and Brandon helped my mom and I check in and they were awesome!! Place was clean and there were a lot of options for dining. Look forward to coming back!

Best place I have ever stayed. The room was half the size of my house. The bathroom was huge. Secure parking. Dawn in the bar was fantastic. Atlantis worked the front desk on night shift. She deserves a raise!!! She is the best person I have ever dealt with. Very friendly and welcoming. Cynthia on days was amazing. Thanks for a great experience
