It is an unmanned self-service hotel. You have to check in and check out by yourself. No luggage storage is provided (not provided before or after check-in). You have to sort the garbage by yourself and clean the room by yourself (no matter how many days you stay). I seriously suspect that I booked a B&B instead of a hotel. The problem is that B&Bs are not so strict. It feels like a split monthly rental. In short, please consider it if you book for more than two days. The location of the hotel is good and the room space is quite spacious, which is one of the few advantages.

It's not bad. The room met my expectations. It's not far from Hakata Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, so it's a relatively convenient place to stay. It's also quite quiet, and I can hardly hear any noise from outside.

The room is comfortable and clean, about a 15-minute walk from the subway station. It's quite good. There is a small kitchen for cooking and a balcony for drying clothes. It is no problem to stay for many days.

The room was clean and spacious, but the hot water in the sink was sometimes hot and sometimes not (only cold water came out when the bathtub was filled with hot water) and there was no outlet by the pillow, so it was difficult to charge my phone. There were no bathrobes, so pajamas were a must. Toothbrush amenities were provided. The pillows were really hard. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel.

Service: Really unreasonable. They didn't contact me about the password for the downstairs access control before checking in. On a hot day, I had to communicate with the customer service at the door for a long time before entering. You can't just send me the password after placing an order. I hope this can be improved. Facilities: There are five beds in total. The room is large and suitable for a large family. Other equipment is also relatively complete. In addition, it is a bit harsh to check out at 10 o'clock. In other hotels, check-out is only at 11 o'clock.

I still love it so much. Whenever I come to Fukuoka, I always go here. It's so convenient.

I walked about 10 minutes from Hakata Station and saw a few bars around. There are a lot of things to eat at the supermarket nearby, so I stopped by on my way out and bought some snacks. You could hear the train noise a little, but it wasn't enough to bother you. The facilities were very good, and it was much larger than other places, so I could rest comfortably. Non-face-to-face check-in requires a video call at the end, so you'll need to be prepared for a simple conversation. ^^ They gave me 5 entrance passwords, but I just had to press 4 to enter.

The room is nice and has all the facilities. Three single beds, suitable for families with children. About one kilometer from Hakata Station. It can be reached in about ten minutes on foot.
