Friendly staff and easy from airport, baggage storage options and a bar downastairs. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel service was good, breakfast was decent, and the hygiene conditions were also quite good. Since there were three of us staying in the same room, the sofa bed was a bit small, and you could feel the springs had flattened out when you lay on it, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. However, overall, it was still alright.

The hotel is good from outside and the lobby is good too. But shower gel wasn’t in the washroom. The bottle was empty. But a decent hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at 1 AM, so I missed the shuttle bus, but check-in was smooth. I even got a warm DoubleTree cookie! The corner room I was given was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the noise wasn't too bad, so I slept quite well. I didn't use the shower facilities as I was just staying for one night before heading to the city. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and the value for money was decent.

Great people, good location, will be renovated next year, but in the meantime, worth choosing if the price is right.

Within my 4 days stay, there was NO maid service to room. When asked to have fresh towels replaced, it may or may not be replaced on the next day. No housekeeper speaks any English that making request hard. The front desk was always busy as there was ONLY ONE clerk working o matter how many guests were waiting. The decor in the room is very old. The air-conditioner is super COLD in WINTER. It couldn’t be switched to heating mode. The bathroom faucet were leaking in both bath tub and washing basin. I called the service but the technician didn’t speak English and couldn’t fixed the neither air-conditioner nor the faucets and asked us to turn itge air-con off and leave the faucets leaking all 4 days stays. The breakfast eggs & omelet station only serves on Friday & Saturday. No egg service from Sunday to Thursday. The hotel location sucks. Only Uber or Lyft can be used for getting around or into the city. The ONLY good thing is this hotel is still offering warm cookies. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel for any future guests. This hotel should be rated less than 2 stars instead of current 4 stars rating.

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.

The only advantage of the hotel is its close to the airport, everything else is comparable to a one star hotel. It’s hit or miss type of experience with the staff. I found most ladies staff very rude and not supportive while men staff were polite and helpful. Hotel itself is good but good luck dealing with frontline staff. The worst part of my stay is getting hold of someone to enquire about airport shuttle, I counted and can tell they did not pick my call after calling about 25 times, my wife called the same number and they picked once(a lady), when she tried again(about 10 times), no one answered. We kept our expectations very low and the same lady welcomed us with a fake smile at the reception during checkin.

We were happy to have booked this hotel. Upon arriving at Miami International Airport, we went quickly to Door 5 on level 2 to catch the hotel shuttle bus. The wait was not long. Everything was smooth. We observed that the driver drove slowly passing every door and looked out if there were people waving to him. Such a great service. The location of the hotel is good that we could travel by bus 7 to downtown Miami and went opposite direction to Dophin Mall.

The hotel is quite old although it can hardly be notice at the lobby but only in the room. Clean and properly maintained. Breakfast menu is the same for 6 days - very disappointing! Not good for a longer stay maybe good for 1 or 2 nights.

When I was going to buy a soda from the vending machine and changed my mind not to, the vending machine had already taken 2 of a dollar bills. I pushed the refund button but nothing happened and the machine kept the bills I went to the reception to report the case. The man at the reception said there is nothing he could do and will hand it over to the next shift. The next day, I went back to the reception only to find no actions were taken. The following day, I went back to the reception again, and again, nothing had happened. This point, I gave up. I know that the amount I had to give up was not a lot, but what upset me is that nobody from the hotel took actions even I asked the same thing 3 times. Hence, bad service.

The worst stay we have had in the USA on this trip. We didn't expect much to begin with given that it was so close to the airport. It all started when checking-in. They couldn't find our booking, which obviously is something that occasionally happens. We had everything already: booking number, booking confirmation, confirmation of payment. Unfortunately, the entire check-in took over an hour and we were left waiting without much of an apology. Parking is 10USD a night When we finally got to our room, the cleanliness of it was terrible. Dark hair everywhere, stains on the sofa and carpet etc. We were offered a new room but, unfortunately, the new room turned out to have a running faucet as well as the same problems as the previous room. We stayed two nights and while they did come in to clean our room, the hair was still there. On top of that, the rooms were cold without an option to turn on a heating system. While we were waiting at the reception other guests called about that issue and apparently it is impossible to heat one room without heating up every single room of the hotel. It was one of the coldest weeks in Florida with temperatures as low as 3°C (37 F). The entire place was incredibly noisy and because it is an airport hotel people come and go at every hour of the day, which you can hear clearly. We had purchased some gifts for friends and after we returned back to the hotel for our second night one of the packages had been opened and someone had eaten some of the articles. It definitely wasn't us as all of us are allergic to some of the ingredients in said products. Definitely a weird feeling to know that someone has gone through your stuff. To sum up our stay, we definitely won't be back here anytime soon but it is probably fine if you are looking for a stay close to the airport and are catching an early flight.
