可根據飯店電話號碼在WhatsApp 聯絡Isabella，她人很好，讓我們提早入住，飯店環境安靜，附近就有地鐵站，所有大門都是電子鎖，出入很方便。接待的職員很有耐性，也很親切。房間在地面層，不用走樓梯。房間有冷氣，溫度可以自己調較，床很舒適很大。洗澡水溫度和水量都很夠，下次會再訂這個飯店。

The room was nice and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a really good shower. It was located in the centre of Milan, beat buses, team and Metro, just three stations from Il Duomo.

A little gem I Milano
Everything was perfect
A little noise from the trams but that was to expect
Nice with parking garage just 30 meters away, though it was a little hard for us to leave the keys by the staff, but it worked seamlessly (they had Ferraris and Porsche parked as well)

Very comfortable stay in central part of Milan. Need the app in order to enter the hotel. Reminded me of a Club Quarters in US —very clean and without bells and whistles.

Great location and easy to access. The only complaint maybe the noise from tram which operates from 4:30 to 2:00 am.

Isabella was a fantastic host. Excellent communication in advance of check in and was always helpful when we had a question. The location was perfect for us - superb transport links to the whole city and to Linate airport. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A small but well designed room with excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathroom was good and the shower was excellent. We had a small issue with WiFi reliability which Isabella did her best to fix for us. We will definitely return when next in Milan!

Great stay
Great stay! We stayed for one night and had an early morning train which Isabella helped organize a taxi for us. Great location near the metro which will take you to the city center in around 10-15 min. The property uses an app for the key to the building and room but for whatever reason we couldn’t get mine to work so she was able to provide us with a physical key instead which was helpful!!
