服務非常好，管家熱情周到，陪同入住介紹房屋設施，服務甚至包括預先放好洗澡水 調好桑拿房温度等等。出行叫車很快，還會提供周邊就餐以及搭乘火車的建議。
房間裝修很有特色，設施齊全，有三個小陽台。入住有手寫歡迎卡片和起泡酒，小糖果。
可惜游泳池還沒建好。

The rooms are truly a 5 star. The bedding, the sheets, the pillows, the decor, the marble of the bathroom. The toilet amenities, very generous. THE GYM BOX with weights and the mirror, a HIGHLIGHT! Had never seen that before in a hotel The concept itself has been super well conceived and executed. We see the signature of Philip Plein every where

Thank you very much for this incredible experience! My boyfriend and I stayed in the Fatale room and enjoyed all of its comforts, especially the sauna and breakfasts at La Jungle de Plein. We recommend this for a gorgeous stay in Milan, just a couple of minutes away from Montenapoleone and Duomo, whilst being close to the Indro Montanelli gardens, making you feel a bit in the Italian countryside.

Stayed in this wonderful ✨️ place 3 nights in the first week of September. This place is absolutely magical and it felt like you were staying in the wonderland! Not sure where are some people finding the problem 🤔... We were upgraded to a larger spa room, wow! Thanks to a super kind gesture from Francesca. She tried her best to get us upgraded, made us feel special and recognized our Diamond status. The hotel is very close to the main shopping, 7 min walk. We Had an absolutely AMAZING STAY, experience and great memories! The team of wonderful people who work tirelessly to make you happy with smiles are what makes this hotel even more special! Starting with a beautifully decorated breakfast we were served by Marika and Luca, they both were super nice, perdonal, accommodating and pleasant to talk to! Juan at the front desk helped arrange the transportation and clarified our pick up nuances, responded in writing with all of the details, so we don't face any troubles on the pick-up day. We were always cheered by all the staff and asked if we need anything. This hotel is a must on your list to visit!!! We're looking forward to stay at The Plein again!

I stayed at The Plein Hotel in September and was really impressed from the moment I arrived. The design is outstanding — modern, stylish, and full of personality. My room was super comfortable, with a great bed and thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. To me, what stood out most, was how different it felt from other hotels in Milan — it has its own identity and a real sense of creativity. The staff were super attentive and genuinely friendly, making the whole stay effortless. The food was the best! A truly unique experience and definitely the place to be in Milan. I’ll certainly be back!!

The owner of this hotel (Philip Plein) took away his 2 kids from their mum - Lucia Bartoli!! He is a monster!! Don’t stay at this hotel unless you support that!!
