The staff was extremely nice and patient, everyone of them had a big smile and lovely attitude. location is ok (around 8 mins walk). Room was clean and cozy. Would definitely come again!

Only small paper cups were given inside the room. The cups not replaced after first day. No refill of coffee and tea each day. Shower gel not refilled too. Aircon is very weak and lousy. Staff at reception not helpful

The hotel is friendly and conveniently located, very close to Milan train station. The surrounding area is quiet and convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. It is worth recommending and will be visited again.

Pros: 10 minutes walk from the central station, there are supermarkets and French and Chinese restaurants nearby, very convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly. The room is not big, barely enough to put two suitcases. There is a safe in the room. Cons: The fillings in the quilt are all clumped together, but the other bedding is good. The refrigerator does not work at all and becomes room temperature, causing the milk and fruit I put in the refrigerator to go bad.

I'm very happy that there is a good choice in the central station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the key is that the price-performance ratio is very high! Next time, I'll see if it's expensive to come during the peak season. The front desk staff is very nice and efficient.

Close to the train station for excursions and also for the airport shuttle. The hotel has a very nice decor, and a super nice photo booth is available. Not too far from the city center (30 minutes on foot).

The location is convenient near Porta Nuova in Milan. The room size and facilities are good for a hotel in downtown Milan, but the only thing I think is that the sanitation could be improved.

I have booked this hotel for the Milan Expo for two consecutive years. The environment is good, travel is convenient, facilities and equipment are relatively new, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I will book it again next time.
