Although the staff was very nice and the hotel was in a good location, it could not hide that this is an awful hotel. The room facilities are very old, the air conditioning is not working, the whole room is very hot and difficult to sleep, the room's sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the residents talking in the next room through the papery walls is very clear. My entire stay was very bad and affected my trip badly, and if I were to visit Milan again, I would not choose this hotel.

Excellent hotel, close to the metro and train station, breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was cleaned every day.

Have to climb up steps with luggage . No one to help .
No kettle to make hot water .
Provides 2 bottles of water throughout whole stay (1 already opened by previous guest - they did not replace ).

Great location, convenience for everything, near by Centrale station and metro, many restaurants surrounded. Nice breakfast!

Really convenient location next right opposite the train station. Friendly staff who allowed us to check in earlier. Great breakfast options. The room was a good size and clean.

1. Location is good, 5 min walk from Milano Centrale, easy to take the train to airport.
2. Room is small, with confused buttons to turn on the lights. Some doors may even hardly be opened fully. Facilities are old.
3. Cannot take the key outside the hotel, you should leave it at the front desk before you go out.
4. Stairs before the main entrance, not good if you are traveling with a heavy suitcase.
Overall, it is ok to stay for one night if you have to take a train early next day, while it is not a good idea to stay for more than one day, especially you are here in Milano for tourism.
