It was a two floor walk up unexpectedly but it was a very nice apartment and it was close to everything. There is not a 24 hour front desk.

I was extremely satisfied with this place. Staff very helpful, English speaking (I believe more than English only) and very cozy room. Highly recommended

The homestay was nice and clean!

It's TERRIBLE! Dont Stay Here! Reasons: 1. Bad communication, very difficult to check in, cannot reach them by those number. We was stuck outside the gate for 30 mins. We only get in cause another guest go out. 2. Dirty and smelly room. There’s someone’s hair on the pillow and they don't change a new one even I requested 3. The toilet have water leaking problem, the shower water leak to the bed room. Which also make the room very smelly. 4. 35 degree in Milan, there is no aircon and fan. The room was extremely hot 5. The room condition was bad, don't let the picture fool you like I did! Overall: the WOREST accommodation I ever stay

The room is clean and has a nice view, but the transportation is not very convenient The room has a double terrace. When checking in, please pay attention to the check-in process. 

Great hotel. Convenient location, large room, private small terrace. Great staff. I liked everything, stayed an extra day, they changed my room, everything was just amazing. I recommend. Armando, thank you for the warm welcome and willingness to help in any matter.

It is a little far from the subway, about a few hundred meters away. Although the gate looks ordinary, the environment in the room is elegant.

This run-down motel with a strange name is located in a bad part of town and run by a dishonest woman. In brief, I checked in for a night last June, but soon realized the tiny room was baking because the A/C wasn’t working. The woman promised via Whatsapp that she would refund my nonrefundable booking (made through the Captain Obvious site) if I left immediately. And no, I could not leave my small pack at the front desk. So, with no time to make a costly last-minute booking elsewhere before attending a concert, I spent the night outside the Milan train station. I should point out that Captain Obvious was absolutely no help with rebooking. Since then, the woman has failed to respond to efforts by both the captain and me to reclaim the money. I don’t know why the captain doesn’t just refund me. His crew in the Philippines keep saying they’re working on the issue. The moral: Avoid this place. The cheap price is not worth it.

Spent hours trying to gain access to the property upon arrival in Milan. No guidance on how to get keys, which room we were staying in. The wrist B&B I've ever stayed in. Shower didn't have a head, showered under a pipe. Just terrible.

Terrible experience, room delivered at 12.45, from morning to 10. Only one person in charge who was busy cleaning up quickly. Mediocre room. Terrible bathroom with rusty cabinet, without a shower mat, and without shower gel or shampoo. Then a nightmare, shameful terrace with completely broken sunbeds. Carelessly dried plants that make us cry plus a dirty ashtray with an unlit cigar. Then in the common area a fridge with two yogurts inside. Absolutely to be deleted

The structure appears decidedly different than the photos published. Everything is much older and worn. The door to the room closes after quite a few difficulties, the bathroom drain doesn't work properly. Contrary to the description, there is no courtesy set, but only a palmolive dispenser less than half full. Faulty power socket with inability to use the hairdryer. Breakfast with Lidl products and exclusively packaged. In order to have a coffee we had to empty the machine ourselves and among other things we only found one pod, so the other guest was left empty... for the money spent I would say that there is a lot to improve, if you don't want to renovate the structure, at least greater attention to the customer... the room was quite clean although old.

My boyfriend and I "luckily" stayed for just one night at 2bcute. I wouldn't go back even if they offered me money. Overall the structure is nice but the maintenance of the rooms or at least of the room we had, non-existent, the dilapidated bathroom, limescale everywhere, the toilet seat broken and yellowed, the shower heads clogged with limestone, water splashed from all the parties, to welcome us they had made us a bow with toilet paper decorated with hair, a very uncomfortable bed and pillows and finally, the next day, picking up my shoes from the floor, I noticed something under the bed... a nice sandwich discarded! Really a bad experience!

Bad is too good a word. The room wasn't really clean, but lots of ants felt very comfortable there. The window of the balcony door is completely broken and taped over with a piece of paper. There are loads of cigarette butts on the balcony, the parasol is completely broken and the cushions of the loungers have moss on them. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged croissants and coffee from a capsule machine. There is no staff in the "hotel". The owner sends you an SMS telling you to pay. I have rarely seen such a dump.
