The Price €320 B&B per night : Why isn’t there a zero star option? The arrival: From the get go it was a fail. Reception in the cafe downstairs was dismissive and very unfriendly as if we had no right to be there or be inquiring about the apartments. Not good enough - especially at this price point. The Room: is small definitely NOT a suite. TV not connected to internet (Italian channels only) and advised not at this price bracket but available for the superior rooms. Wifi is available in the room but can’t connect to TV as it’s been blocked. No kettle / coffee or tea making facilities. A standard in most hotels / suites in this price category. No drinking glasses either. Bottle water and mini bar fridge is provided. As is your voucher for breakfast in the cafe for a coffee, croissant and a small juice . Overall: You couldn’t feel less welcome, it feels as if staying is an inconvenience. We spent 2 months in Italy and had several stays in Milano. This was the worst place we stayed on the entire trip.

The location is good, with beautiful surroundings. But, so far. As you enter the common entrance, you find yourself in a warehouse of old stuff, repairs and overflowing trash cans that spew a disgusting smell. The condition of the building is appalling, wires are sticking out and it is remarkably dirty. All of which invalidates the rest of the experience, but still. The rooms are extremely small, with a huge bar directly below, with tables under the windows and extremely loud techno music vibrating into the rooms above. The service is beneath all criticism. I left immediately and would not recommend.

Great location and great staff. We were welcomed by Janet who was very nice and always available for our queries. The breakfast, although very simple, was delicious. Room size is just right, the bed very comfortable and very quiet. A must in Milan!

More than good rooms, well looked after and furnished with great taste. Top position on Piazza Sempione with a view of the Arco della Pace. Unusual check-in at the cash desk of the bar of the same name which is located next door, super quick check-out done in the same place by super friendly waiters. Decent breakfast, certainly not hotel-like but all in all it is understandable. If I return to the Milan area, I think I will return.

Abbiamo appena pernottato in questa struttura. La cosa più deludente è che hanno confermato via e-mail le camere con una tariffa ed al nostro arrivo ne hanno pretesa un’altra….Naturalmente più alta. I servizi e l’assistenza degli ospiti è inesistente. Abbiamo provato a contattare telefonicamente la referente della struttura per cercare di risolvere la questione, ma ci ha risposto che ormai avevamo pagato. Comportamento molto molto scorretto.
