After traveling 700km we were asked to first park our car outside of the residence, check in and only then we could enter.
Not the best way to start if you know there were no free spots around the area

Where can I start. What a horrendous experience. I cannot illiterate enough but this apartment is not dog friendly in any shape or form. The dog isn't allowed to be walked on the grounds only in the carpark. The apartment complex is dirty no cooking facilities at all no kettle no microwave. Majority of the staff are very very rude. Apart from one man who does the maintenance. The surrounding area is not safe for any individual especially someone travelling alone. stay away as far as possible from this place. I was shouted at for walking my dog on the grass. I could write so much more about this place but I do not want to waste any more time expressing myself on how terrible this place is.

Don't expect much
A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel.
You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it.
There's no breakfast although it's advertised as such.
The staff is nice, I get these policies aren't they're own doing.
I will most likely not be coming back to his hotel next time I'm in Milan.

Property was not as advertised on Travelocity. No Shuttle, No Breakfast, No coffee in the room. No pool towels available for use and pool closes early. Dirty, smells of dog urine, and disappointed overall and received only partial refund. (stayed only 1 of 4 nights booked)

Hotel Covetto Residence
The hotel staff were very kind, the room and hotel were kept very clean and our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. It was also reassuring to know the reception was manned 24/7

Ho soggiornato una notte e mi sono trovato bene. Si tratta di un residence e come tale deve essere valutato. Camera grande, pulita e comoda. Tapparelle elettriche. Bagno in ordine con kit igienico di qualità. Non ho utilizzato la cucina. Personale gentile. Per il prezzo pagato rispetto alle altre offerte su Milano, la soluzione è validissima.
