Easy access city center by Tram. Staffs are kind. But water pressure was too low and some ants in bathroom.

Friendly, helpful staff. Tram stop right outside which was helpful. A few restaurants in the area.
There a little bar and a gym which was also welcome.
The hotel is a little dated and the room did have a smell of drains. The cleaning staff seemed to be quite happy at work but it was a bit early to be that loud! Overall would recommend!

Overall, this is a good stay, clean, friendly, and good breakfast. The facility looks new too for italy standards. The only thing I can ding on, is the shower temperature goes hot and cold while taking a shower.
I can recommend this hotel for it's price and value.

The hotel is quite old and the room is quite small. The lock there I don’t really know how to lock and the front desk don’t understand English.
