房間設施及居住條件很好。住房實際情況與店家提供圖片完全符合。但房主要求付款300歐元按金，從所給連結付款，操作不成功，手機藍屏畫面顯示文字不是英文，懷疑這種付款方式是不是國家禁止的。後經攜程反覆協商，到不遠處的房主辦公室當面刷信用卡付款了按金。整個過程耽誤了至少2個小時。

就是Mini吧不是桌子上給擺價目表，而是郵件發送
不注意以為是酒店送的
晚上還是有點吵的街區吧，其實看起來是安靜的，可能正好我們住的時候，有點吵
然後空調漏水，包放地上，打濕一半，裏面的衣服也都濕了
然後按金是300歐……也不知道能扣啥，城市税是從裏面扣，還有，水是兩歐一瓶，也是按金里扣

The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States.

Good location apartments
The hotel is located near Moscova metro station in good location with a lot of restaurants and nice streets nearby.
The room is big enough but a little bit old. The bed is not comfortable.
There is no dishwasher.
TV in the bedroom is old and without internet connection.
Lisa (customer relation) is super friendly and helpful.

Te piden un deposito en garantia muy alto, el edredon estaba sucio lleno de marcas. Todo lo que ponen en el refri y de bienvenida tiene costo adicional. El aire acondicionado no estaba prendido y tuvimos que solicitarlo para poder tenerlo. En si, no vale el precio no lo volvería a utilizar

Soggiorno a Milano molto spesso per motivi di lavoro . Gli appartamenti sono una ottima soluzione per chi come me preferisce un soggiorno diverso e più flessibile rispetto al classico albergo. Style Home Brera offre appartamenti in una ottima posizione e molto confortevoli. La cortesia e disponibilità dello staff sono eccezionali. Tornerò sicuramente!
