The hotel boasts a very convenient location in the city center, less than 3 kilometers from Sanfang Qixiang. The staff were both professional and patient, always ready to answer any questions we had. 5 star recommendation!

The property is well located at West Lake. We stayed in the Lakeview rooms which have breathtaking views of the lake both day and night. The rooms were in excellent condition and many thoughtful features were found. The breakfast was sumptuous. The whole stay was beyond expectations.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Sanfang Qixiang, offering extremely convenient access to local dining and attractions. Upon check-in, a friendly hotel staff member warmly welcomed us and proactively assisted with our luggage. The front desk also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's amenities, as well as nearby sights and restaurants. The afternoon tea offered a wonderful selection; the jasmine tea was an unexpected delight, and the accompanying pastries were unique and delicious. The hotel was exceptionally quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring our family had a truly restful sleep. Breakfast, served in the serene courtyard, was very picturesque. We highly recommend the light bites and tea eggs, which were a pleasant surprise. It's worth noting that the hotel's restaurant is quite renowned; in the evenings, they offer roasted and braised snacks that are absolutely perfect with a drink. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable and unexpectedly wonderful stay!

Atour is my absolute go-to for every trip; I wouldn't even consider other hotels. I'm incredibly particular about my bed and pillows – if they're not right, I simply can't sleep. Fun fact: I even use Atour pillows at home! Their service is consistently outstanding. The front desk team, both male and female staff, are always polite and incredibly thoughtful. Luggage storage is a breeze. To really dive into the local culinary scene, I sometimes order five or six different food deliveries in a single day – honestly, it gets to the point where I feel a bit sheepish! Once, when the robots couldn't keep up, a staff member even personally delivered an order to my room, haha. The Atour branch near Sanfang Qixiang is perfectly situated, offering super convenient access to the subway, major attractions, and fantastic local eateries. For all you solo adventurers out there, don't hesitate – book this hotel! Seriously, you can trust my recommendation! I've already arrived in Xiamen for my trip and guess what? The location is pretty good, with Sanfang Qixiang just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself is clean and well-equipped, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous. Out of all the places we stayed during our ten-day family trip, this hotel was by far the most satisfying. The only minor inconvenience was that the parking lot was over 100 meters away, requiring a short walk for those traveling by car.

The hotel environment is very clean, the service attitude is very good, and all the facilities are very complete and not cheap. I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance! recommend!

Let me tell you about the [hotel name] I stayed at! The guy at the front desk was very efficient. He checked me in and reminded me that breakfast was until 10 o'clock and the gym was open 24 hours a day. The room was bigger than I expected, and the bedding was very soft. I didn't want to get up after lying on it. There were no water stains on the bathroom mirror, and the shower gel smelled pretty good. The most surprising thing was that there were washed apples and oranges on the table, and a note was left next to it. Although the handwriting was average, it was comfortable to look at. Breakfast was so lively! The wonton pot was bubbling, and there was a line at the fried egg stall. I took a bowl of noodles and added two large spoons of hot sauce. The uncle next to me asked me where I got the hot sauce. The waiter seemed to have eyes when collecting the plates. He came over as soon as he put down the empty bowl. There was a subway station downstairs, and there was a milk tea shop a few steps away. When I checked out, the front desk stuffed me two bags of scented tea and said I would drink it on the way. This hotel is really good, I will definitely stay here next time I come here!

The hotel is on the fifth or sixth floor of a building. I felt it was just average when I first checked in, but later I found that the hotel service was very good, with freshly ground coffee and snacks, comfortable bedding, quiet rooms, KFC breakfast, boiled eggs and fruits, and good toiletries.

The room is very clean and tidy. The housekeeper will check the room before check-in to ensure the hygiene and safety of the room. The environment near the hotel is also very good, with green plants. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop of the hotel, which is very convenient for swimming. Xiao Fang at the front desk is very active in service, and I feel very good staying here.
