We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is in a fantastic location. However, we encountered a significant inconvenience during check-out. Our flight was at 7 AM, so we checked out around 5 AM to catch a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, both the elevator and the lift were turned off at that time. Since the hotel is located on the second floor of the building, we had to manually carry all our luggage down a long flight of stairs. This was especially difficult as we were a group of five, including two elderly ladies. Thankfully, my husband was able to manage the luggage, but this situation could have been very challenging for others. We strongly recommend that the hotel ensure the elevator is operational for early-morning check-outs to better accommodate guests.

Clean and well appointed hotel within 8 min walk from Hakata Station. Love the soft lighting and rows of tall bookshelves in the lobby. Brings a sense of calmness. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 9) and the Chapter 3 room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The service is really good. We have 5 family members with 2 rooms booked and arranged next to each other, which is very convenient. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Location is so convenient that connected to the Hakata station and is only a one min's walk in between. Very easy to go anywhere for sight-seeing and shopping around. Good choice for family. Breakfast is nice too.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station. Despite the rainy weather during our stay, we were able to walk to the hotel with minimal exposure to the rain, which was extremely convenient. Our room featured unique decorative elements that made our stay truly memorable and special. The front desk staff was exceptionally polite and professional, leaving a very positive impression with their attentive service. However, we were disappointed to find that amenities such as towels were only provided for one person, despite our reservation clearly indicating that we were traveling with a child (elementary school age). This oversight was unfortunate and somewhat inconvenient. Despite this minor issue with the amenities, I would recommend this hotel overall. The excellent location, distinctive room design, and outstanding customer service make it a great choice for travelers.

Stayed at this hotel several times because of its location. Kushida Jinja-mae station on the Nanakuma Line is just steps away from the hotel. This time I picked apartment style room because of the in room washing machine. Paid ¥1000 per hour to check in early as I have been traveling before that and needed to do laundry and shower. Best decision ever. The fridge in the room also has a freezer compartment. There’s also a microwave oven for me to reheat my breakfast. Downside is they do not have dish washing soap and their other rooms used hair dryer with a different brand that I much preferred!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It’s very easy to get around, as it's just five minutes from Hakata Station. Along the way to the station, there’s a park that is usually quiet. Convenience stores and good restaurants are also nearby. I’d say this hotel has one of the best locations. The staff are very helpful. While some may not be fluent in English, their communication skills are sufficient to assist guests effectively and resolve any issues. The room is not as spacious as described in the provided information, but the price is reasonable.

I spent 5 days at a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 adults. The twin room is in decent size to fit the extra bed and we could fit 2 large and 2 small baggage (half opened), with room to walk around. The facilities are well equipped - We used the Onsen/Sauna every night. The gym is relatively small but is a good to have. Location wise it is 10-mins walk to Hakata station, Tenjin is a bit far but also walkable. There are convenience stores nearby and many good restaurants. The cafe right downstairs is a very popular breakfast place, it was so good we went there twice! Overall, good value and would recommend when the room price/discounts are decent

The location it just less than 5 minute from Hakata station . It have Shinkansen line too . And if you wanna rent car for day trips or out of Fukuoka, it is very convenient too . The station come with few shopping malls connecting together and if you are not familiar you will get lost ! Haha but nothing to worry about it as long you follow the sign board , and food paradise eat whatever you like and craving for . Walking back in winter weather was amazing cool breeze! The hotel was quiet too , and you seldom will see anyone while in the hotel . Staff are friendly , attentive approachable. You can enjoy bath tub to release the tiredness when you have walk too too much after your sightseeing. To international airport it just 10 min by cab , around $1850 Yen , if you do not want to drag your luggage after your full full shopping. Happy staying 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This hotel has amazing amenities even tho the room is pretty small and the bathroom too really really small. But has a bathub and good facilities One thing should be fix is the wifi is really slow.. I can’t even watch a YouTube
