Clean hotel. Staff are friendly and approachable. Hotel room is reasonable size. To open luggage, it has to be at the walk way to own toilet. Only three items in the gym room. But is spacious. There are four washing machines. It will be good if they can add more as too many are using it. Well, it is definitely a good hotel to stay if you don’t need gym or laundry.

I'd strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It felt like they were deliberately trying to scam us. On our last morning, I specifically called to ask about the latest check-out time. They told me over the phone that it was between 11 AM and 1 PM, so we could check out as late as 1 PM. We then went to check out at 12:50 PM, and they tried to charge us 4000 yen! They completely denied what they had told us on the phone, which was absolutely outrageous. Isn't that just plain deception?! On top of that, the hotel is quite far from JR Hakata Station, requiring a walk across several streets.

Service was very good & efficient. The onsen was decent & unremarkable. The rooms were comparatively spacious by Japanese standards & very well appointed. The toilet was modern and well equipped with the latest Japanese toilet seats & even mood lighting in the shower cubicle. The TV was big, the lighting controls were thoughtful & they even provide an ice bucket with whiskey glasses. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. Overall a good experience

The hotel is so clean and have a very good location. You can walk to both hakata station and canal city.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Hakata Station. However, when I checked out, I wanted to store my luggage and pick it up the next day, but I was told it wasn't possible unless I paid an extra fee. So, I ended up paying to store my luggage. I've stayed at many other hotels in Japan before, and they always offered free luggage storage.

The location is excellent. It's a straight walk from Hakata Station's central exit, about three blocks down, and you'll find the hotel. It's a typical high-end (not luxurious) Japanese hotel with a relatively rich selection for lunch. The sofa backrest in the room was attached with velcro, which made me feel a bit uneasy sitting on it. The pillow was a bit too firm for my liking, and I didn't see any information about pillow options.

The hotel's parking garage is absolutely fantastic! It's a fully automated system: a turntable positions your car, an elevator takes it down, and a platform then delivers it to its spot. The only thing that would make it perfect is if it were free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And from the 13th floor, the view overlooking Fukuoka was simply breathtaking. The location is also very convenient, with the JR station just a 10-minute walk away.
