First i come hotel it was about 4 o’clock afternoon i was thinking i will get my room fast because they say check in is 3 o’clock but they left me waiting into 6 o’clock without any information and later they give me other room not what i book in site i was really so disappointed for my first day after long time trip then tomorrow everything is good, except food on hotel was not too much reach and so much expensive, for this we choose go outside to eat , room is good and clean

The hotel is connected to the beach and the sea. The environment is great. The food in the restaurant is delicious and delicious. The breakfast buffet is too crowded and the service is not very timely. The overall value for money is good. You need to book in advance. It's always full.

The hotel is really great, the swimming pool is big, and the coconut trees are very beautiful. It is recommended to book a meal. If you don't drive yourself, it's quite far just to walk out of the hotel. The food is good and there are many varieties. This is the most satisfactory hotel in Tunisia this time.

The Royal Jinene sousse hotel is easily accessible It has free car parking for hotel residents. The reception is very good, the staff is polite and helpful. The meals are good. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. The beach is in front of the hotel, access is easy and quick. The room is clean, as I had requested during my reservation I wanted a sea view I was entitled to a room on the 5th and last floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. Just the equipment is a bit old that's all I noticed. I recommend it and I will go back.

Returned from this hotel 2 days ago. 3 of us in 2 rooms. They gave us interconnecting rooms as our friend was on her own. On arrival we were charged £45 tax for the room of 2 & £25 for the single occupant. Others were charged £65 & told the card machine was broken, so be aware it should be 12 dinars per person per night (up to 10 nights). It has gone up significantly but don’t get ripped off. The hotel is a typical old Tunisian hotel. Needs some TLC & we had the maintenance man to our 2 rooms a few times to fix the safe, TV etc. I fixed the shower back onto the wall myself. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom fine, with a shower over a bath & separate toilet. Kettle & tea & coffee provided (some days). Pools & beach clean and pleasant with lots of sun beds. Towels can be borrowed from the hotel with a deposit. Swim up bar and beach bar closed (we arrived November 1st). We didn’t get waiter service at the pool but there were a few people who did. I assume they tip to get good service rather than for receiving it! In fact the service was fairly poor in some areas. The plastic glasses are tiny, so take a big cup/glass with you. The main restaurant for evening meals was the best service we had. You are allocated a table for your stay & our waiter, Macram, was fantastic. We had our glasses topped up constantly & were greeted like old friends from the second night, he is a credit to the team. The food was average, but we didn’t starve. Drinks were ok, didn’t seem very strong. The a la carte was good. The main wasn’t to our taste but the rest was nice & the service was excellent. The animation team include everyone but are not pushy. Entertainment much the same as every other Tunisian hotel. The walk into the port is about 5 minutes. Felt safe and went 3 times during our week. Had drinks and a meal and did some shopping. Tried to support the local economy a little, but you do get hassled to go in every shop, bar and restaurant. We would go back to this hotel if it was cheap but it wouldn’t be our first choice.

Quiet stay, good reception, excellent services. The hostel needs renovation and more maintenance.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

I booked this hotel accidently, but it turned out to be a big surprise. The hotel is very clean, and the environment is particularly good. The window faces the sea, with a pretty view. There are several swimming pools downstairs and also indoor swimming pools. It's very cost-effective.
