"Okay so these reviews are pretty wild. We arrived this morning at around 11:30/12:00. Like all hotels anywhere in the world, including the Uk check in is usually afternoon so we expected this and had to wait for our room to be ready which was fine with us! We then got told what time lunch was (from 12:30) and got directed to the bar, don’t really need a map as it’s pretty self explanatory and not a huge complex. We got given wrist bands and told to return around 2:30/3:00 for our room all pretty normal… Hotel is lovely and beautiful and most importantly exceptionally clean. It’s very chilled, and I instantly felt relaxed. The staff seem very friendly and always smiling, we got served and welcomed straight away at the bar and then welcomed by every staff member after this. The beach is lovely. There are some works being done but what do you expect out of season. We then headed to lunch, the food is lovely and exactly what you would expect from an all inclusive, plenty of options, food cooked infront of you and reasonably tidy and clean (at this price in my opinion it’s very good!) He then headed to ask if our room was ready which it was and a lovely bell boy got our luggage and showed us to our room which by the way is absolutely stunning. Obviously time will make this definite but all in all first impressions are 10/10!! I was extremely nervous about coming here as I am 27 weeks pregnant due to all these bad reviews but I think people are just always trying to find a way to get some money back and complain. I instantly felt calm, safe and relaxed at this hotel. Would definitely recommend especially as it’s quite cheap!"

"Everything about the room is very good, except that the front desk phone never gets through and all the calls are recorded. I called all day and no one got through. I couldn't find a place to call them. I arrived at 5 o'clock. I asked them to print out two documents and asked them to get off work. I was given a fight and asked to come at 9 a.m. the next morning. But when 9 o'clock came, I still wasn't given a fight."

"The location and overall atmosphere were ok. Rooms were clean but the decor was very poor, stains in sink and on walls. NO tea/coffee making facilities in room! I asked the night manager who said that he would arrange for housekeeping to provide a kettle. This did not materialise and on speaking to reception I was given an extremely rude response and told kettle not provided by hotel and to go buy one for myself! My booking was All Inclusive but at the bar, which closed at 11pm, only local beers and soft drinks were included. Premium beers Heineken,Becks etc and Cocktails had to be paid for. Total Rip Off!!! Food varied sitting by sitting and was poor from an English perspective. Outdoor and indoor pools were good along with the private beach area. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!"

"Second time visiting this hotel, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, just five minutes from the airport. Our sea‑view rooms were spacious and beautifully presented. A special mention to our waiter, Mohamed Rezgui — truly exceptional, he looked after us every single day. The animation team was fantastic as well, with a shout‑out to Tiga, whose talent and energy made every activity enjoyable."

"In summary: Family of 8, amazing experience and highly recommend. Outstanding staff! We travelled as a family of 8 with 4 adults and 4 kids, aged 4, 8, and 10. We stayed in the superior family rooms which were little bungalows near the entertainment and pool areas. They have a big bedroom with big double bed and separate bedroom with 3 single beds. The resort was extremely clean and well looked after. Our room was cleaned exceptionally well each day and the cleaner was super friendly and always had a big smile for us. We even got a beautiful towel display left on our beds one day, it was beyond lovely and a really special touch. Thank you Monica! The food in the restaurant was great, loads of variety and everything was cooked perfectly. We had fussy kids and people who like to try local cuisine and everyone was happy with the food. Tunisian donuts are amazing! The best thing about this resort is the staff. We were amazed at how lovely these people were. We made friends with a waiter named Ghaith and every night he would have a table for 8 ready for us. He took time to speak to us and our kids, and really won us over. On our last night he even brought the kids football tops from his own team. This made our kids holiday and they will never forget him. Thank you Ghaith. The entertainment team were also amazing. Rio was so nice and funny, always getting us involved in all the activities. I was blown away by how hard the team work. All day long and then each night in the shows. I've never seen anything like it. They are amazing. I was sceptical about travelling to Tunisia but my experience here has completely won me over and I will definitely be back again. Top tip: Give the staff a tip where you can. A little amount goes a long way for them and they will go above and beyond to look after you."

Naturally, we reported it, but unfortunately, there was no outcome in our favor. I do not feel safe here at all. Be careful."
