It's very late check-in 04.00pm Breakfast have a few (only bread, milk and juices)

The hotel is close to the subway station and easily accessible in many directions!

In my previous response I noted we were unable to make the trip as amtrak had to cancel all service to Montreal owing to a mudslide that blocked all four tracks on that route. We were unable to locate alternate transportation, called to cancel and were informed if we did not show they would keep the entire deposit. Fortunately, we had planned only three nights. Image the windfall they would have received if we had planned two week stay!

The location of this establishment was great, you were within a very short drive/walk to the old downtown of Montreal. The place itself I would classify it as a high class motel rather than an hotel in my opinion. The two queen beds we had were great and clean and so was the washroom. The room could have been tidied up a bit more but overall was okay. The hotel does not have room service. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was your standard breakfast, but it was good and you could not go wrong with it. The parking lot unfortunately was very costly, $46 per night and the space was super tight, if you are driving a minivan or a truck, you will definitely have a harder time parking. Overall it's a decent place, if location is all that matters and you are willing to sacrifice a little bit on the service then this place is good for you.

The location was excellent 5 mins away from 747 and metro , but it’s more like a motel… no room service at night The night we arrived at 5 pm , didn’t get our room till 9 pm We were told the system was broke down and they fully over booked So many people waiting for room , luckily we got what we book for But no next time for me :)

The worst hotel service I have ever seen. I physically asked 3 times for my room to be clean and no one give a damn. I slept in unclean room for 3 days. Very rude and crappy lifestyle. I wish there was a zero or negative star. I would have given it to this hotel. The pictures are misleading. It took two hours to check me in the hotel. And they blamed the system for the delays

Not very clean. The sheets were stained. The attitude at the front desk was bad. I asked several times and got different answers. I felt a bit discriminatory. Obviously there is a microwave and hot water in the common area. I asked three front desk staff and they all gave different answers. Their attitude was average. The location is very good, very close to the metro.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is a 2-minute walk to the subway station and there is a direct bus to the airport. The room hygiene can be improved. In addition, the sound insulation of the room is not very good and you can hear the voices of the guests next to you.

The hotel's private parking lot cost 103 Canadian dollars for two nights. I paid and put down my luggage, went out for dinner, and came back. There was no parking space. I went to the front desk to solve it. The front desk said that it would cost 18 dollars a night to park in the public parking lot next door, and the parking fee for two nights would be fully refunded. As a result, on the first day, they said that the system crashed, on the second day, they said they would wait for the manager to order in the system, and on the third day when I checked out, they said that they had ordered it and it would be returned to the account within 1-3 working days. Now more than 20 days have passed, and I have made countless calls. Sometimes they said that they had refunded it, and sometimes they asked for credit card information (what information is needed for the original refund?), and finally they simply said that they had not refunded it. ****, such a hotel has no credibility at all, who dares to stay here? !

its not bad, right! My son went to stay for 2 days during spring break.

Generally speaking, it's okay

The location is very good. The nearby subway Berri station is where the orange, yellow, blue and green lines meet. It is very convenient to go anywhere by subway. There are often performances in the small park in the middle of the street more than 100 meters away. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Chinatown and 25 minutes to the old wharf... I think it is a good starting point for people who like to walk, and slowly appreciate the beauty of this city. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but they are still clean, quiet, and safe. The room service will take the initiative to ask if it needs tidying and cleaning every day. In short, I am very satisfied!
