Great welcome and service by the receptionist. Nice sized apartment but really dusty (very dusty). Towels need a good clean and bed needs a new mattress (very soft).

The hotel is in a prefect location, close to beach, restaurants, cafes . The apartment has a ocean view. It is spacious. The reception lady was very nice.

The strange thing is that there were 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, but only 1 room and 1 bathroom were actually usable. (There was a sign saying not to use.) Please note that the reception closes at 5pm, so check in before then. On Trip.com, you can only check the reception hours in the details after payment, but when I actually went there, I was surprised to see that the reception was closed. (On the main screen, it only says check-in after 2pm.) Mooloolaba Beach is close.

The location of the apartments is convenient, there is parking. But it is not convenient to navigate when checking in after 17:00. Also, a room was provided without a view of the pond, although we booked with a view. Very poor cleaning, it is impossible to go out onto the balcony due to the large amount of sand. Cleaning is not of high quality.

We chose this wonderful apartment for a one night stay on our way to Cairns from Brisbane and passed through the Sunshine Coast. The room was very clean and tidy and a good size. We had a very comfortable night here.

The apartment is very nice, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete kitchenware, a washing machine and dryer, free parking, and a terrace.
