The two double bed rooms are a little small for families, location is convenient, short drive to the town centre and attractions!

Water tap leaking, toilet exhaust fan noisy and late night can hear room next door talking loudly more than an hour including knocking sounds.

Friendly reception (note: it closes at 9 pm) and clean comfy rooms. The only issue I had was that the aircon vent blast lands on the right side of the double bed. The single bed’s mattress was harder than the double bed’s. There is a microwave oven, plus a fridge and hairdryer. Great for an overnight stay at Mount Gambier. The on-site restaurant Noky looked nice but we didn’t get to try the food - maybe next time! Location is 3 minutes’ drive from Umpherstob sinkhole (well worth a visit). Presto cafe is also 3 minutes away and is great for brunch in the morning!

Room 1 was difficult to sleep in, heard cars on the road all night. The shower and beds were reasonable.

It feels like a popular hotel. Although I didn't try it, I think the hotel's food must be delicious, because when I went there at 8pm, there were crowds of people. The hotel is an old hotel, with the old bathroom like the one on TV. The overall room is large and the bath water is great! It still has a foreign flavor. Recommended!

The photos of the double room looked very ordinary, so I booked a quad room. The room was very big and very nice. It was renovated. Only the wardrobe was a little old. There was a window. The furniture was very new and it was very comfortable.

The hotel room is clean and well equipped. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. It is recommended to make an early reservation for dinner. Because I did not make a reservation that night, I missed the opportunity to have a meal. The restaurant was full. Breakfast was also good. In addition, there are many restaurants, supermarkets and attractions such as the Blue Lagoon near the hotel, which is worth recommending.
