I chose Qionghai Hotel again because of its superb location, right in the heart of Qionghai Lake's most prime spot. The hotel itself is a scenic area, so you don't even need to leave to enjoy the beautiful views. As for the room facilities, they are indeed a bit dated, which I expected, and it didn't bother me. After all, it's great value for money. The highlights for me were the choice of 8 different pillows, the lunch and dinner buffets at the Jingshan restaurant (a group-buy buffet for less than 60 per person, far superior in taste to the surrounding restaurants), and the daily fruit and yogurt delivery to the room!
