Mountain View Hotels in Biscay

Perfect

Friendly, helpful and thoughtful service. I have mobility issues so they even moved a vehicle so I could park closer to the hotel. The owner has a very good command of English. Would use again for sure.

The accommodation is very comfortable but in the dining room staff is not enough though they are very well organized and are very friendly, just have patience to expect to be taken care of,

This is a wonderful place: bright design and cleanliness. Strategically located very convenient: the bus station is right in the same building underground. There is the same subway. I lived on the 10th floor and the whole city was like on the hands! I definitely recommend!

The property is excellent, but the service leaves a lot to desire. My reservation was for 16 days, and I did not have any of my requests answered. The cleaning was made only once, missing 2 days for my exit. There was no tool in the kitchen, I had to buy everything, and despite my requests, I never received any answer. The washing work is very useful to keep a lot of time, and the academy is also very interesting.
