If I have to mention one thing, our room was on the side of the train tracks and we could hear them all night. That was a drawback. But I liked it enough to want to come back, though next time I'll ask for a room on a different side."

"The location is really out of the way; everything is far, and public transportation isn't convenient. It's only suitable if you're driving. On the first night, they put me in a corner suite on the ground floor, which I wasn't thrilled about, but I made do for a night. The next day, I moved to the second floor, and that was much better. On the last day, I asked if I could get a breakfast bag to go. At first, they said no, then later said yes. Then, when they were issuing my invoice, the front desk questioned whether my booking included breakfast. They only confirmed it did after checking themselves. What's even more ridiculous is that when I went to get bread, the box they gave me was dirty and had food residue inside – clearly used. While I was packing it, the staff kept staring at me, as if they were afraid I'd take too much... Honestly, it was speechless. It really felt like they were judging me."

"Although it is a single room, the area is not small. The hotel has a first-class location, right next to the airport bus station, on the small square, and convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to the old town and the museum river. However, although this hotel is a five-star hotel, it does not have a swimming pool. The breakfast is expensive at 26 euros and is relatively simple (by five-star standards)."
