Hesperia Bilbao
"Really bad experience. There are a rude reception. And someone not our roommates coming at midnight."
Travelodge Bilbao Sestao
"The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very new. A significant plus is the 24-hour cafe."
Holiday Inn Express BILBAO by IHG
"Actually very far, same distance vs downtown, shuttle bus not on time,"
Sercotel Coliseo Bilbao
"Staff wete very friendly and really wanted to jelp. Lovely breakfast"
Hotel Puerta de Bilbao
"I loved it, we were very comfortable there."
Hotel URH Palacio de Oriol
"Located a 10-minute walk from the Vizcaya Bridge and another 10 minutes from a metro station. If you're driving, there's no paid parking and you can park on the street with a little patience. Good bed."
voco Bilbao City by IHG
"Nice hotel, seems quite new and fresh. Our room was quite spacious. All key locations in Bilbao can be reached within 30 minutes walking. The cons- no kettle or fridge in room. The shower is a glass cube in the room, could be uncomfortable for some."
Palacio Arriluce Hotel - the Leading Hotels of the World
"A stunning stylish hotel, and one of the leading hotels of the world. It’s highly recommended and an amazing building with very little to criticise. However a meal in the bar ingles was both expensive and disappointing. If you get room 206 beware of the dodgy toilet door that at first is amusing then quickly becomes frustrating. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the glass elevator is something to behold especially when you consider how it’s fitting into an old building."
Hotel Luruna Palacio Larrinaga
"This is an amazing hotel. It has been renovated to an incredibly high standard. The rooms are well furnished with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has some of the best towels I have come across in a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff made us feel so welcome and were super helpful. Our waitress at diner was so lovely. The food was amazing, the quality and the presentation were first class. Don’t eat too much too early in breakfast as choices kept coming and were freshly cooked. It was a wonderful experience and comes highly recommended."

Petit Palace Tamarises
"Everything was great. Both the room and the service."
Ercilla Embarcadero Hotel
"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Good location and friendly service The hotel is very well located, with lovely sea views and a pleasant atmosphere. The décor is tasteful and inviting, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection and a nice setting. On the downside, I felt that the value for money was not quite in line with the price. At around €880 for two nights including breakfast, I expected a more spacious room and a more premium overall experience for a four-star hotel. In addition, although breakfast is officially served until 11:00 a.m., by around 10:30 a.m. several items had already run out and were not replenished promptly. The breakfast area also seemed a little understaffed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location, beautiful views, and kind staff, but there is room for improvement to better match the price point."
Hotel Arimune
Hotel Igeretxe
"The room and bed are very big! Facing the sea! But there is a restaurant downstairs and the whole room is full of smoke. You have to open the window for ventilation! I couldn't sleep for two nights because mosquitoes came in with the window open! The TV is very small and old! It is incomparable with the same price in China! It doesn't come with a toothbrush and toothpaste! The beach is not beautiful! It is recommended to stay in Bakio. The beach scenery is beautiful! You can also hike"
Hotel Palacio Muñatones
"Off the beaten tract, but worth the travel if you are catching a ferry at the nearby port. The Hotel is spotless, full of charm and the staff are exceedingly helpful and eager to please. The bedroom we had was large, very clean and had an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommended for an overnight stay. "
Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Via Bilbao
"Really nice hotel in the centre of Bilbao. Old Town and other tourist locations are all within walking distance. Good breakfast and cosy rooms. Will stay again. Thank you"
Hotel Carlton
"Very good hotel with big room"
Melia Bilbao
"It has very good location that’s close to most attraction points. Staff were very helpful and supportive. parking should be free for such 5 stars hotel as you will never find a spot outside and all parking areas are expensive."
Occidental Bilbao
"Great place and the hotel was also very clean and nice. Staff were helpful"
Catalonia Gran Vía Bilbao
"Excellent location, convenient for getting around, and not in a noisy area. It's a chain store, so the quality and brand are guaranteed."
Silken Gran Hotel Durango
"The room is average, you can choose if you don't mind the low cost performance."
AXEL HOTEL BILBAO ONLY ADULTS
"What an amazing hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the old town makes this a must stay location. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooftop pool and bar were fabulous. Overall an excellent location and will be a repeat stay for me in the future."
Gailurretan
"Most beautiful setting with mountain views. Nice pool, uncrowded. Excellent quality food and good menu choice. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Dryer and shower gel/soap included. Secluded and so relaxing. Definitely will return."
Hotel Balneario Orduña Plaza
"The hotel's location is very good, centrally located in an iconic building. It's very well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable. The spa is very good, with a variety of pools, and the massages are very pleasant. It also has a very well-equipped gym, far exceeding the average found even in much better hotels. Room for improvement: the in-room safe is broken, and the closet should have doors, much better than a curtain. But above all, the service at breakfast could be improved. The guy in the kitchen the morning I was there was very unfriendly and rude. I asked him if they could make me some scrambled eggs (because the truth is that the healthy breakfast options were very limited), and his response was to slam the door in my face. Very unpleasant; it really has tarnished the rest of his colleagues' work."
Hotel Miró
"The room had a view of the Guggenheim Museum. I visited the museum in the morning and in the evening in the rain. It was a wonderful view. It was a small, cozy and stylish hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I want to go again."
Hotel Spa Gametxo
"The hotel views are spectacular. The private spa makes the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was just okay; when we arrived, there was some stuff sticking out of our noses and stuck to the wall. I can understand that some people might be inconsiderate, but not that these things weren't cleaned up in two days (quite unpleasant). On the other hand, the breakfast is excellent. However, unlike the other staff (who were very friendly), there was one waitress who was a bit rude. I went to ask for cutlery and glasses so we could have breakfast, and she rudely told me that they weren't ready because we had sat down before she had time to clear the table. Fine, I understand we might have had to wait, but her manner left much to be desired. And while we waited for breakfast, she spoke just as rudely to other guests. In short, some people shouldn't be working in customer service. Overall, for the quality, except for the views and the spa, it was expensive."
Hotel & Spa Etxegana
"The girls are very good at the entrance. The food is also rich. The very beautiful and very ordered room. I went with my family and we liked it very much. I recommend go to the restaurant and ask the chele. Just because I liked it very much. The pulp too."
