Petit déjeuner bien rapport qualité prix notre chambre etait coté rue et très bruyante, la fenêtre paraît défectueuse et laisse entendre les bruits de la rue. La paroi de douche laissait passer l’eau à l’extérieur, et les joints de douche étaient noir et moisis. Emplacement au top, tous les services sont à proximité

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

It is clean and friendly. The room condition is good for the price. (Hotels with the same price near Abando Station have smaller rooms for the same price) You can walk to major tourist attractions and public transportation is good, so it was convenient for sightseeing.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are massive with good facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is also in an excellent location with amazing transport links (there is a direct bus from/to Bilbao airport). Both myself and my parents felt this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in (especially given the price), and would certainly be staying here again if we are to return to Bilbao

The hotel has many great things, amazing location, very aesthetic, clean and helpful staff. I also found the cafe downstairs to be great! The only thing is the acoustics. I could not sleep either night I stayed there, I could hear the people from the other rooms talking on the phone as if they were in my same room. Could hear absolutely everything, and both nights my neighbours kept me up until 2+ am. I did communicate this to the hotel staff and they were very kind and helpful and helped me ask gently to my neighbours to be quiet. I would give this hotel a 3/5 only because of the acoustic problem, everything else was great.

The location is very convenient, only around a 10-minute walk from Bilbao city centre. Breakfast was excellent, with both made-to-order options and a buffet. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit. The front desk staff and breakfast team were all very friendly and welcoming. Although my room faced a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet with almost no noise at all. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay here.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of the ancient city of Bilbao. You can't get there by taxi. You have to walk in. The hotel lobby is shown in Figure 1 and the room is above the second floor; The old house is remodeled in a very good environment. The rooms are named after each name. Find your own room according to the email. There is a password on the email. Each room is entered by password. You can go to the ancient city at night, there are many shops and bars downstairs. Good value for money
