Biscay Hotels with Gym

Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! We truly appreciate this! Better hotel than 5star hotels in Barcelona, London and Madrid!!! The concierge team were so helpful too :)

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and we felt very well taken care of. The interior design is also stylish and high-quality. However, the bathroom is transparent, which might make some guests uncomfortable. Also, the toilet is wall-mounted, which could feel a bit unstable for larger individuals. Upon check-in, we were given chocolates, and there were small cookies next to the coffee cups, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork. Breakfast had a decent variety of choices. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.

Great location on the river & easy walking distance to everything in Bilbao. Old Town & Guggenheim just 10 minutes away. Staff were very helpful & understood English as my Spanish was not great. My room was spacious, coffee machine fabulous, very quiet & perfect for me. Recommend.

Excellent facilities and a great location. Our initial contact at reception was good. However, we had requested a double bed in our reservation but were given two single beds instead. It would be great if the cleaning service could mop the floors, as there were small bits of dirt remaining. Our room was right next to a housekeeping office, and we could hear the banging when they closed the door. The breakfast service was a bit simple. Despite these issues, I would still stay here again.

観光のため3人部屋に宿泊。大きなダブルベッドと一つの簡易ベッド。簡易ベッドは縦幅が短めだったので，背が高い人は困るかもしれない。アメニティは充実しており、バス・スキンケア用品と、歯ブラシなどもあった。サステナビリティに関する記載もあった。部屋は新しく清潔。環境も静か。鉄道の駅、バルやレストランが多くあるエリアからは遠い。美術館やスタジアム、バスターミナルから近い。荷物預けも可能。ロビーにはくつろげる空間があり、飲み物や果物のサービスもあった。素晴らしかった。

This is a wonderful place: bright design and cleanliness. Strategically located very convenient: the bus station is right in the same building underground. There is the same subway. I lived on the 10th floor and the whole city was like on the hands! I definitely recommend!

The super-attentionful staff, the only one that would make you, is that in the room to a lot of heat even with air conditioning and the window we have could not open
