IINYOUNGWe arrived late at night but were warmly welcomed by the staff. The room was very clean with new facilities, and the hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and every staff member we met was friendly and kind

No intercom nor any chairs to sit inside. But we setup a place right outside the room.
You have to phone the front desk for everything. Good parking and open spaces to play. Good was ok. Not bad. The receptionist guy was a bit grumpy.
Apart from that nice chill place .!!

GGuest UserPlace is awesome , lawn beside the room is superb, only drawback is the location as it is a little far from main area, so every time you have to book a cab to go anywhere. other than that just loved the place. it is actually cooler than other places in OOTY because of it's height.

GGuest UserThe resort has an excellent view. The staff was quite friendly and catered to our every request diligently. Food was good as well, and had a homely vibe to it. The family villa that we booked was clean and spacious.
