The restaurant manager Mr Manikandan and the team did a fabulous job. Everything is neat and clean. There are lots of outdoor and indoor activities. They are all very nice. Overall it was a fantastic experience staying at Accord."

"Had an absolutely wonderful anniversary stay here from 17th–19th April 2026. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely well maintained. A special thanks to Monica from Guest Relations for her incredible hospitality — she truly made our stay extra special with her warmth, care, and amazing recommendations for local cafes and authentic shopping spots. The chefs were equally amazing and prepared delicious Jain meals and breakfasts specially for us throughout our stay. We also loved the evening tea tasting sessions and cozy bonfires — already missing them! Overall, a perfect experience and one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Ooty. Will definitely visit again!"

"We had great stay at mango Hill hotel Ooty. Check in was so smooth and hassle free. From the entrance every staff were very helpful and friendly. Food also tasty and they have more options.They will arrange a auto and cab facility if you want. They even gave us a free upgrade for our 2 night stay. Must visited property to enjoy your holidays"

"Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression."

"Really worth for the money.. Staffs are more friendly. Food can order. Taste was very nice. Water heater, hair dryer, bed sheet TV are all so good. All amenities were great. Staff allowed me to keep my luggage until 3 pm even I had checkout at 11 o clcok also allowed me to refresh. I strongly recommend for all."

"Visited this place after 9 years and it lives to it's expectations of 4 star hotel actually. Rooms in first 2 levels offer best views of the valley and Coonor train passing below. This also suits senior citizens and kids as less climbing. Terrace for every room allows peaceful time just watching the rain clouds move around the mountains. Small Lawn below for kids to enjoy. They arranged camp fire due to cold weather. Food buffet and ala-carte is tasty and sufficient for 3 people. Location is far away from city so calm and Serene. Suits if you are coming from Coonor and leaving via Coimbatore Value for money overall"

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"I had a wonderful time at La Niebla Farm Resort. The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery and misty hills, making it very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with great views of nature. The food was fresh and delicious, made from local ingredients. I enjoyed walking around the farm, exploring the area, and relaxing by the bonfire in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would love to visit again!"

"Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back). Didn’t realise we could order eggs for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned on arrival and there were splatters marks on the wall above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’ which was well worth getting up for. We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise. Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location & restaurant are excellent."
