The food at the resort was also delicious, with plenty of great options to choose from. Special call-out to Jayashree for being a lovely host and ensuring we have a comfortable stay throughout. "The property is very nice, neat and clean. Staff was helpful. Rooms are good too but while in ooty I expected some view from the room. The rooms which we got 121 and 122 the windows faces the parking and staircases. Anyone at the staircases can literally see your bed and entire room. We practically felt we are in the entrance lobby. In Ooty with such a great Hotel we have to keep our window curtains closed all the time. They have 9 such rooms in this property and if you are assigned one of these rooms your ooty stay is ruined, money is not the matter, your invaluable time is spoiled. The management staff is great but make sure you are not assigned these rooms. Food was great services also are great. Yes they don't have conditioner in bathrooms take your own."

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."
