Mountain View Hotels in Cebu City

I booked a room in the evening and arrived like an hour later. The room wasn’t ready, there were no clean towels in the room, no drinking water. They gave it all later, but still… The room itself is nice and big.

We stayed at Cebu Hotel Plus and were very pleased. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was good. We especially enjoyed the food: delicious chicken, pasta, and a varied buffet breakfast. It's a great value for money option. If we return to Cebu, we would gladly choose this hotel again.

Decent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy.

Great facilities for families, but service needs improvement. We enjoyed the pool and the kids' play area with our 1-year-old, though it’s worth noting that the play area requires an extra entrance fee. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of IT Park. However, the service was disappointing. The staff weren't very proactive or attentive; we constantly had to go out of our way to ask for basic assistance rather than being offered help.

We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

The room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

Good location close to good restaurants and Starbucks. Staff is professional, nice and helpful. Daily housekeeping. Need to clean the balcony as well while cleaning. Comfy beds, clean sheets. Large rooms. It’s nice if they can replace the mini bar into a new one. Aircon is good but a little louder. Need to wait around 10 minutes while the water running for a hot shower. Breakfast was average. We got comfortable and stayed for a few nights already

I had a pleasant stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and accommodating. What I appreciated most was the free breakfast, which was simple but filling—perfect to start the day. Great value for the price! I highly recommend it for travelers looking for affordable comfort.

I always book a room at Horizon whenever I'm, my relatives or friends are here in Cebu. Aside from it being budget friendly, they have complete amenities, you can cook as well and it is located in the center of the city.

Amazing location! Breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy meals with the view in the hotel mountain cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Found us 2 motorbikes to go around the area (which is also very beautiful). I really recommend this stay!
