Guest UserWe had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They were available via WhatsApp 24/7 which made everything so convenient. Pau and Elize at the front desk assisted us with organising tricycles, renting scooters, booking massages, and answering any questions we had at any time of day.
The room itself was always clean and tidy with a great view and bottled water provided. The location couldn’t have been better, it’s about a 3-5 minute walk to the town centre which was very convenient for making the most of our short time in El Nido.
Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service — we will definitely be back!

Anonymous UserAs many other guests have mentioned, the staff’s friendliness, professionalism, and warm smiles were truly outstanding.
We booked a town-view room, so we had already given up expecting any ocean view. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room still offered a view of the sea.
The hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our room was on the second floor, but we were hardly bothered by any noise at night.
The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging a rental motorcycle and a van for our return trip. The prices were fair, and the process was easy and convenient.
This was truly a wonderful hotel with an exceptional team of staff. Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable.

Anonymous UserI stayed at S Resort in El Nido (Palawan) and overall I was satisfied.
The room was moderately clean, with no issues regarding the basic level of hygiene. The bed sheets were changed, which is a nice touch and not always guaranteed in similar hotels. The air conditioner worked properly and consistently, which is very important in the hot climate.
The main advantage is the location. The hotel is in the center of El Nido, so everything is within walking distance — restaurants, shops, and tour departure points. Very convenient and easy to get around.
Overall, it’s a good option if you value location and basic comfort without high expectations. It works well for an active stay in El Nido.

”I’ve visited a few sea turtle conservation programmes before. Some are there to be photographed. Some are actually doing the work. This one is actually doing the work.
The staff know the current state of each nest and can estimate roughly when hatching will happen. During the release they don’t let visitors touch the turtles. At night they use red-light torches and ask guests not to use flashlights or camera flashes. That night, sixty-something hatchlings made their way toward the moonlight and into the sea. Two of them moved slower than the rest. That part stayed with me.
The tent sits right on that beach.
Shared bathrooms, a short walk away, not a problem in practice. The restaurant is just outside the glamping area, a little walk in the evening, but along the way one evening we saw someone propose on the beach with the sunset behind them. Quite something.”

Guest UserI have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves.
As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them.
Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think.
Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

Not so much a hotel as a bed and breakfast, do n’t expect too high ancillary facilities. I came out alone, but I can still accept it. The breakfast environment on the third floor is good, there are mountains and trees, it is a quiet village. Upstairs and the pier are relatively close, about 10 minutes walk.

IamlapiddianaI am very grateful to their staff here, they are very kind and diligent and they are very attentive to us and their other guests. even early in the morning if you need something, they will give it to you right away, and especially on the birthday of one of our friends, they even made an effort to design a happy birthday on the wall, they even printed a picture. I will come back to this hotel when I come back to El Nido Palawan. thank you very much especially to Sir Jhay and Mam Chubby hehe I forgot his name. thank you so much!!! ❤️ Highly recommended!!!!!! 💯💯💯💯✨

Small rooms, next to a party street. The size, service and even the location are not worth the money, to be honest. But at that moment there were no options, no choice. All the ports were closed, and the hotels were sold out and there was nowhere to go. We took it for one night.

It was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.
