Mountain View Hotels in Pak Chong

The hotel was sparkling clean, and i love the architecture, i stayed 2 nights with my toddler and she loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and nice, they provided children utensils set for breakfast, a very thoughtful gesture and one of the staff gave my baby a balm when they notice my baby is scratching her hand. However, the filter of the air conditioner was broken and hanging open almost fell off, we were shock cause the sound was pretty loud it was during our first night, they sent the technician right away, but that can be very dangerous considering it might fell upon my baby. And the furniture in the room, is not children friendly cause my daughter accidentally pull the drawer and it hits her (she didn't expect it to be that light) and her lips bled, the hotel staff was very thoughtful they sent us a plate full of sweets 😅 even tho i chose not to give it to my toddler (sugar rush can leads to more disaster 😂) i really appreciate this kind gesture, maybe next time you can consider to give a real food instead of sweets, especially for kids, or you will get a headache. The only concern for us is the access, there were no elevator, only stairs from the parking lot, or outdoor access and the golfcar wasn't around when we got back to the hotel, my baby was asleep and going out with baby always came with lots of belongings, its only me any my husband, so we have to carry our stuff and push our stroller through the outdoor area, the access infront of the lobby are not stroller friendly cause it came with lots of rocks and blocks, and thankfully the weather was good, if it's raining, then we are done 😩 My coffee in the room maker also leaked, but overall, i enjoyed my stay here very much. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim.

The accommodation is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The staff are attentive and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. They even scheduled different time slots to prevent guests from crowding during breakfast. The only downside was that the water in the bathtub wasn't very warm. Overall, I was impressed and it's perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Giving 5 stars across the board for Roukh Kiri Khao Yai! First off, the room was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, convenient for getting around yet still feeling peaceful. As for the service, I was impressed right from check-in. The food was delicious and really hit the spot. It was definitely worth it for a relaxing getaway.

Well I have some observations on this staycation that I will explain here in two ways. Pros: 1. Excellent natural view compared to the other resorts . 2. Lots of things to do, sunbathing, swimming, playing etc 3. Superb for children to aged people 4. Up to date television including all features like Apple TV, Netflix etc 5. Varieties of breakfast options Corns: 1. Slow service 2. Lack of amenities compared to prices

There was a problem with the hot water in our room on the day we checked in, so we couldn't shower, but everything else was great. The meals at Salsa were excellent; we could order six items for breakfast, but four were more than enough for us. The hotel's landscape design is top-notch.

Good service alot facilities. Kids loves it. Will be back again. Just that some payment not user friendly to foreigner. Like buying the marshmallow have to scan their qr code which foreigner not able.

We arrived on a day with light rain, the weather was nice and very peaceful. We stayed on a weekday, so there were very few guests, perfect for relaxing and chilling out. All the necessary amenities were provided, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We think we'd be even happier if we came towards the end or beginning of the year.

The most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in! The estate is huge, you could easily spend a whole day here. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the upstairs bathroom is spacious with a great tub and a lovely view. Breakfast is delicious, served individually, and the Thai breakfast is a must-try. There's also a glass house, a small garden with swings nearby, and you can even feed the fish. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

The accommodation is spacious, quiet, and private, conveniently located near amenities such as 7-11, a market, and restaurants. It's also close to Bo Phut Waterfall and just a 15-minute drive from the entrance of Chao Por Khao Yai Shrine. The air conditioning works great. I recommend bringing your own food for convenience. The price is reasonable. For anyone planning activities in Khao Yai, I highly recommend staying here.
