Absolutely impressed! The staff provided excellent service, taking great care of us without even having to ask. There were tons of activities available, all free: cycling, yoga, pickleball, swimming, and an ice bath. The tennis court was beautiful; it cost extra, but was totally worth it. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the coffee was delicious. The hotel itself is stunning with lots of greenery and plenty of photo opportunities. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

The Loft room is spacious and clean, and Toscana Valley itself is a beautiful and pleasant place. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than ideal. The room is very dim; the main lighting comes from floor lamps and small wall lights. There are also very few power outlets, almost none on the second floor. Some outlets are occupied by the floor lamps, making it difficult for a family of four to charge phones and tablets simultaneously. We even had to plug in the kettle near the bed and place it on the floor. The air conditioner on the second floor is right next to the bed and quite noisy. Furthermore, there's only one bathroom for the entire Loft. If you're a family of four, it might be more comfortable to book two separate rooms. Aside from these points, everything else was enjoyable: it was clean, spacious, and the grounds are very beautiful. The breakfasts were good.

I was very impressed! The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a soft bed. There was plenty of space to put things with a sofa, and a balcony for relaxing. The bathroom was clean, but I had to request toiletries through the app, which took a little while, but I understood. Breakfast was delicious and varied, but if you go a bit later, it gets crowded, and you might not get the seat you want. I was a little upset that the power went out for almost an hour on the first night. We were informed periodically via the app that it was due to heavy rain. We sat in the hot room waiting for the power to come back on; the emergency lights weren't very bright, but I understood it was a natural occurrence. The hotel probably tried to fix it as quickly as possible, but I would have liked some form of compensation or apology. Overall, I really liked it and will definitely stay again!

Love the room size / configuration with king bed and single bed, very suitable for families with kids. Also having a microwave and dishes in the room made preparing food for our young one easier. Bed was comfortable. Free onsen for 45 minutes! Fantastic breakfast variety. Only thing is the hillside room’s toilet was a little tight when it comes to bathing a squirmy toddler.

Absolutely love this place! There really is no need to leave the premises as they have a wide range of offering. A typical stay can look like this: 1. Lovely breakfast at the restaurant by the pool 2. Take a walk around the grounds of their on-site golf course 3. Drive any of their cute, vintage vehicles 4. Or go back in time and ride a horse instead 5. Chill out at the amazing pool area with fountains, kids section and jacuzzi jets 6. Chill at Trot Cafe, watch, feed or pet farm animals 7. Visit the clubhouse (this we are to try in the next visit) 8. Order some afternoon drinks/snacks in the pool bar 9. Play mini-golf 10. Watch movie night on the big screen by a small pond in front of the Italian restaurant Ohh did i mention they have a golf course, gym, Japanese restaurant. Rooms are lovely as well, set up in a classic European style, and have free mini bar. Each stay is just wonderful. Staff are all friendly. 10/10 for us.

The location and scenery around Toscana Valley are absolutely beautiful — one of the highlights of our stay. The cleanliness of the room and property was excellent, and the environment felt peaceful and well-maintained. However, the service could definitely be improved. Some staff seemed overwhelmed or slow to respond, and certain requests took longer than expected. The facilities were also just okay — not bad, but not quite at the level we expected for the price and reputation of the property. Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quiet getaway with amazing views, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service and facility quality.

Very excellent service. The front desk is very informative and helpful with thoughtfulness! We really enjoyed the moment during our stay there with their high range of security and privacy reserve area for customers, we satisfied that.

It’s old hotel but still good to stay and we get big room compare to bkk hotel room. Didn’t get chance to room around hotel compound as daily outing. Breakfast is not bad and variety of food available. Though weather is cold , we did go down swimming pools with kids on first day arrival. If you are photographer, can take star trail from balcony . We get 3 rooms at second floor same corner. We like this hotel among 3 hotels we stayed at Thailand.

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.
