Booked this hotel based on good reviews especially many mentioned good breakfast. We didn't like it. Most food are cold. Eggs are all pre cooked. Pork and chicken congee no heat up. Also tables are not clean fast. Room toilet is not clean. There are mould and stain. Room is average. For TV, no English movies. Only thai local programmes. Very boring as we wanted to chill in the room watch movies. Water bottles is free for 2 bottles. Additional bottle will be charged 20B. We didn't enjoy the stay much. Will we come back again? No. There are other better resorts. Overall I'm not impressed with this hotel. There's a EV charger in the hotel.

Nice hotel and New facilities. This hotel really fit for couples but not family. There's a lot of restriction for child, not allowed for some room type which we need to carefully read the policy and swimming pool at the club is prohibited for children. Breakfast is good taste but small utilization space.

Newly opened accommodation with a good atmosphere. Everywhere in the hotel there is a nice smell. The staff service is good. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The water flows strongly. The only downside is that the accommodation is next to a mountain, so there are quite a few bugs. The bathtub is full of bugs. There are beautiful stars in the room. I like it the most.

Beautifulll scenery with calm and cozy vibes. The golf course is exceptional. The service has nothing to complain. It was a great choice to leave a hectic BKK for awhile.

The room is good value for money. The atmosphere is cool and comfortable. The staffs are very good. They greet guests with smiles. There is a swimming pool that you can play in all the time. Drinks are provided in the room. It is easy to travel. There is a lot of parking. The breakfast is good.

Shortage of staff, waiting check in long time. Assigned wrong room but staff changed next day and made things better. If they have more staff working it would be a great stay and probably will stay more nights. Overall was nice and everyone tried hard :)

Completely independent room, very quiet, but the location is too remote, it is not convenient to go out for dinner, the location is not easy to find, if you don't drive, you can't go there. Except for the staff, I didn't see anyone during the two days I stayed in the hotel, but the staff were very enthusiastic and their English level was also good.

Overall stay is pleasant even though there was some unhappiness when we arrived. Counter told us they did not receive my booking. It was a total surprise and shock. They tried calling Trip and told us they couldn't check us in. Imagine a total of 11 pax sitting at the lobby feeling tired but couldn't rest in their rooms. Finally they got the green light from trip. Breakfast was good. It was pre order so we just has to inform them what we want. The counter staff Rose was very helpful at the breakfast. My friend's room had a big spider on the wall but by the time the staff came it crawled into the aircon vent. Arghh quite scary actually... Despite all these it was a pleasant stay in Splendid hotel. The places of interest on our first day were near one other. Our last stop before the hotel was just 5 to 8 mins drive. However no 7-11 nearby but they have a vending machine for chips and other snacks. The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness acceptable. No stained bedsheets or dirty towels etc.
