The hotel is aged, with overall average service. I have nothing particular to complain about. However, you cannot expect amazing services. Sevreal things to know: 1. there is no in-room coffee or water (this has been quite common for most of the hotels nowadays). 2. You have to walk through the ****** to get to the pool area (they also do not allow water bottle from outside to the pool). 3. The ****** area is bit dark and old appearing. 4. They do not have a place to temporarily park to check in. Of course you can valet, but if you want to do free self parking, you will need to haul all of you luggage from the garage, walking through a bridge, down the escalator/elevator, walking through the ****** area, to the front desk to check in. Alternatively, you can self check in from a kiosk machine without going through the front desk.. 5. The AC unit is also bit aged. It is hard to set the temperature, with High-median-low setting only. 6. The restraurant selection is also very limited. We usually walk across the street to other hotels to get better restraurants. To summarize: bit aged hotel, with average service.

Probably the most beautiful, well appointed property I've ever stayed in. Every detail here is high-end but not pretentious. The rooms are big and comfortable, the restaurants are amazing including a great food hall with lots of regional choices. Not to sound like a broken record but the pool is likely the best pool I've ever been to; so beautiful, with a calm ambiance. Lastly, the staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend staying here.

We only booked to have a hotel close to the airport. We needed to stay only 6 hours to leave at 2:30am for the airport.
After being at the hotel, we realized we might book again but for several days since the room amenities were perfect.

This is not a hotel for visitors to vegas. Don't book a car. It is very far from downtown. The waterway is above the hotel. There is some noise. The whole is a serviced apartment. You can cook.

Spent two nights at Wynn after a few nights at another hotel on the *****. Wynn was by far way nicer and worth the higher price. The restaurants were great. Had a very fun evening at Delilah’s (live entertainment in a swanky 1920s styled room), elegant sushi/tapas at Mizumi, and tasty late night grub at the Cafe Teatro (I think I went at 3 am and there were still making fresh sandwiches).
The room was comfortable and the view from the 58th floor was breathtaking.
Had a massage at the spa which was also very nice. I highly recommended it for a refreshing way to start your day after a long night.

Had a good stay. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is pretty clean. There are ice machines conveniently located on each floor and we had a great view of the pool area and the Sphere. Housekeeping was hit or miss when we called them. Once, they forgot to send towels up and once we were hung up on, but they cleaned the room well. Would be nice to be closer to the center of the *****, but it was still nice.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (12-13 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms.
The hotel’s location was perfect, with a large mall directly across from the property. We also took a short 15-minute walk to the famous ***** Boulevard, the heart of the city.
The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile.
The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA. While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

It’s a beautiful hotel with about 98 rooms per floor. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The external view of the hotel is very beautiful so is the lobby. Lobby looks like another city.
However for such a high class hotel, it does not provide mineral water, tooth brush, shavers etc.
At times housekeeping forget to clear the dustbin or forget to replaced paper cups.
Plus point is the hotel is opposite Bellagio, Caesar Palace. Quite convenient to walk toward north or south of the *****.

We loved our stay. It is like a 12 mins walk to the hub of Vegas *****, but I liked it as it was a bit quieter. The hotel lobby, cafes, restaurants everything is very nice, clean, well maintained. All the staffs are very well behaved. The pools are all leisure pools, so you can barely swim in it, but a 200% for leisure. They also offered us champagne as it was our anniversary. Would go again!

EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

GGuest UserOnly stayed one night and regretted that I hadn’t stayed for the week. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to other side of ***** (MGM) for $6 on monorail (just under $14 for 24 hours) or $2 bus ride (slow but you can get your bearings if you have a few hours to spare and get a seat on top deck, front seats - may have to go to end of ride, change bus to achieve this). A 24 hour ticket costs $8. Bus goes to Fremont Street and also way beyond Mandalay. If arriving late at airport, I would recommend an Uber or Taxi to your destination. You can get a 108 bus to Sahara but wouldn’t recommend for solo lady travellers late at night.

WWell travelled gay coupleRoom very large and comfortable bed, however a little bit too “brown” and corporate. Shower was not great, not a lot of water. Not sure why paying over 50$ per day resort fee when the pool wasn’t open and had to pay for loungers at hotel next door.

GGuest UserLovely, spacious room! I had a king wellness suite. The bedroom is separate from the living room and there are 1.5 baths and a wet bar area! Great when people are over. The main bath has a separate large soaking tub. There’s a free tram that can take you about .7 miles up the *****, to Excalibur/The Park area. Aria is maybe a 10 min or less walk from there (in flats). Comfy bed. Hotel itself is nice.
Cons: communication with staff to get my room upon arrival was less than smooth. Also, staff were either not helpful or not knowledgeable about opening times of restaurants in the hotel. I arrived after the stated checkin time and still waited 2 HOURS until I was checked in (room was not ready)! I asked if there was a hotel cafe (turned out to be closed); asked if there was another cafe/Starbucks/etc. within hotel. I was directed to a closed restaurant. And a third time, to a bar which was closed for a private event. Found a Starbucks on my own, that they didn’t suggest. Messy service to start. They didn’t offer me a place to wait or any suggestions while they figured out my pre-booked room.
Still, I’d stay here again because I’m sure that’s not a typical experience (I hope).

GGuest UserBeautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

CCarolynThe hotel was old but comfortable. The beds were especially good. It was a busy hotel so took a while to get service at the front counter so possibly needed more staff there. It is a good location but no one to really help with organising tours which we found frustrating. Valerie at the front counter was amazing. View from our room amazing and loved the flamingoes.

MMizz KWe had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and I’m not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didn’t work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, it’s probably because I’m used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesn’t make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no there’s the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.
then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasn’t heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And it’s funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the pool—I’m sure it ruined a lot of peoples day.
Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies ❤️
