Great stay at the FS Mumbai. Lives up to its brand name. While a lot of the hotel is under renovation and construction, it’s still a comfortable stay. Would stay again.

My partner and I stayed at Four Seasons in Mumbai for 3 nights. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our room very much. The room was very modern and had all the creature comforts you would expect from a Four Seasons Hotel. The service was good especially at the concierge. We were offered a lot of great advice on where to go and what to do. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

Smart hotel and rooms, great location and great price on trip.com. Breakfast was good. The Pool was not open during our trip but they offered to take us to the nearby ITC. Rooftop bar is good fun and the 33rd floor is a good place for business meetings. Restaurant on the ground floor also served good food and the staff were all very attentive and friendly.

Service was extremely slow at breakfast - where we waited almost 55 minutes for a cup of tea and to place an order. Other than that the experience was amazing.

1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside.
2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing
3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague,
Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order.
4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles.
5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay.
6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea.
Overall poor quality of service.

Just amazing hotel, everything was perfect, the room, the service.
Swimming pool is nice place to relax.
There is an amazing view from the rooftop bar.

The team is very friendly - but nobody picked up at the restaurant when I tried to order some food. Other than that, the service was impeccable.
The room is well appointed with very nice bed and bathroom. There was no bathrobe in the room and there’s no dining space for two people (only one chair in front of the desk plus one arm chair; shower was a bit hard to use.
All in all my experience was positive, will consider to stay here again next time when the AER bar is open again
